No problems with this location or the service here. The truck we rented was definitely worn but it was safe enough and got the job done. Could use a little more attention on the trucks, especially the brakes. Service though is just fine.

We have used this location numerous times without issue. The team at this location is so knowledgeable, customer focused, and efficient. The local owner/manager has put together the A team. I have been helped by the same young lady the last two times I've rented here, and it's always a seamless process. Highly recommended.

We did not have a reservation and we were not turned away even on a busy Saturday afternoon for this UHaul location! Thankfully we only needed the 15’ van for a few hours so that helped too! Staff even though very busy were still very nice and personable.

Prompt pick-up for me. I waited a bit to see how much time and attention Dominic gave to the customer ahead of me. The floor space in the truck was exact size needed. Gas refill policy clearly explained and implemented. Return was seamless and efficient. Policy was clear-cut and all responsible in that process were on their game.

We have used this place 3 times in last month and all has been great. We especially liked and took advantage of the free month storage unit with rental of a truck! We were in the midst of furnishing a new house while living in a rental. The extra space came in handy! Thank you!

Bought $150 worth of boxes on Sunday had some that were too big attempted to bring them back and exchange them for smaller ones was told by three different people absolutely not without the receipt the person that actually purchased them and is holding the receipt is a school bus not able to send us a photo or give us the info on the receipt so they refuse to help us out in anyway! Do not buy boxes at this location nowhere on the boxes does it say you have to have a receipt nor we told we’d have to have a receipt to return them only if we didn’t use them we could bring them back if the tabs were not broken. Do not recommend this place.

Incredibly difficult to call the office I had 2 u boxes delivered to me on Thursday we had scheduled the retrieval date of the units for Thursday
I called several times yesterday to confirm only to find out they changed the pickup day to a different day (Friday)They assured they are changing it again to today. Today I called again and finally got a hold of the store. Still no callback from them. I reached out to the online chat dept . They said it’s now scheduled for tomorrow.
This is bad business
This is the first and the last time I will be using U-Haul
