This is an excellent U-haul facility! Harrison made it the best! He was so accommodating and helpful when we purchased a used truck. He took his time, personally helped us Check out the vehicle, and made the whole process so smooth and easy. He deserves a raise! That customer service is rare nowadays.

The staff was very pleasant and professional had an issue with my license. I had to get it straightened out. They held my reservation. I picked up the truck. The truck was dirty on the driver side or somebody had ran over something and splashed tar or paint all over the side of the truck. I wasn’t sure I didn’t try to get it off. After I left, I noticed a check engine light was on. I needed to use a truck so I pushed on and for the most part I didn’t have any issues just a few times cranking.

Great service fast especially on late afternoon Friday. I was in and out with Truck in under 15 mins. Dropped back off no issues. From renting to drop off guys that helped me were great and fast. Thanks 🙏

I can't think of a thing. I was met first thing in the morning by the owner himself. I was in and out in ACTUALLY five minutes, with a magnificent 15-footer that was as capable and as smooth as the deal inside. What a PLEASURE, to see a business working with the skill and professionalism we thought was long gone in America. Bravo U-Haul! BRAVO!!!

The rep at the desk was pleasant and courteous. The truck I was given, however, was filthy. The ramp and inside of the truck were both caked with dried mud. It was nasty. Obviously, no effort had been taken to clean the truck after the previous renter turn in it. I am going to have to take a rag and wipe my stuff down.
