The staff is professional and helpful; when a movie issue occurred, the manager was kind and offered a refund along with free passes for future visits. Although there was a minor problem with the movie's aspect ratio, the overall experience remained positive. The theater maintains a clean environment and provides a great place to enjoy current releases. The only downside mentioned was noise from other viewers, but the comfortable seats and friendly service make it a good choice for moviegoers. Overall, University 16 Cinemas is a reliable and enjoyable place for movie nights.
I really enjoy coming to this theater, but lately it's been smelling really bad no matter what time you go. They really need to do a better job cleaning because it's pretty uncomfortable trying to watch a movie with an unpleasant smell in the air.

Great atmosphere, reclined seating, friendly staff. First time ever using reclined seating, made my constant body aches substantially easier. Definitely the way to go!!

Great place to see a movie. Excellent sound and projection. In addition to IMAX and GTX theaters they have many with recliner seating.
