The parking here is horrible. I ended up parking farther away than the store is. The attendant is a bit rude, probably because he was the only one there. Very busy for 11 am on a Friday with only one person.

The UPS store on alps has a great staff. They are always helpful and attentive no matter what the situation. I have had three trips to this store and each time I've left with a positive feeling about everything.
