“We bought a truck about a week ago. Awesome price for the mileage !! I felt confident in our purchase solely through the fact, the lender raved about him and his business. I’ve done a few transactions with the lender so I trusted their opinions. I know if a lender is doing frequent transactions with a business, it must be doing something right!
The transactions was so easy. I sent in the application and spoke with the lender on my budget. I went to test drive and make my final decision on which truck I wanted. Mr. Miller was very friendly but not pushy whatsoever like other car lots. He gave me the keys and space to openly test drive and take my time. After I made my decision, he got the ball rolling for me to easily go sign at the lender (took 10 mins), and come back to him to finish signing. (Another 10 mins).
Not only that, he gave me gas money for the truck since he didn’t have a chance to fill it up. He gave me enough to fill it up twice, not just once.
The truck ended up randomly breaking down one afternoon on my way home with the kids. My husband picked us up and we went to Mr. Miller just to try and see if he’d possibly be able to point us in the right direction since I bought it “as is”. We were terrified that we were about to have to still pay on a truck that may have just possibly died. (We had no idea what had caused it to randomly die)
With no hesitation, Miller came out, got my keys and told me he wouldn’t leave us hanging. He had the truck towed to his mechanic and is covering the cost. I can’t recommend him enough. Not because he covered the cost, but because of the type of person he is. Other car lots would’ve repeated the fact that we bought “as is”.
He definitely will continue to get business from us and I’ve raved about him to a few people we know that are currently shopping for cars/trucks.”
