My husband went here to submit his passport application and was assisted by Minnie. Minnie did a wonderful job making the process hassle free. Thank you Minnie and USPS!

It appears that the employees of this place do not know how to answer the phone when somebody tries to call the post office. You can try calling this place five times, and you will still not be able to talk to somebody. Terrible customer service!

Trying to get a redelivery. It appears that the carrier and others I’m not too particular about doing their jobs correctly. I’ve been using their red delivery request slip and they are just leaving it in my mailbox and ignoring it.
