The organization manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to improve customer experiences. Customers generally find the staff to be friendly and helpful, although the wait times can be long at times with only one clerk available. The kiosk is available for speedier service. While the prices for shipping have become quite high, the USPS remains an essential service for many. Overall, the USPS strives to offer a convenient and efficient experience for all its customers.
I had to send certified mail for the first time and they were very helpful in explaining what to do and getting it done correctly even with a line waiting. The stamp machine is also very easy to use.
