“This was the most perfect location for my daughters 1st birthday. We had one of everything in this space and still had plenty of Space to do anything that we wanted to. We will definitely be back for our next one.”

“This is such a wonderful place from checkin to entire stay. Very comfortable rooms!! Location is walking!! Best of all, Valencia is the server at the breakfast bar. Her smiling face, positive attitude, and desire to truly please her customers goes beyond!! What Valencia did not know is that I was not feeling well and because of her positive energy and caring service, I feel much better. She made my day! Thank you sweet lady! ??”
“This was a conference center that was being used for a statewide music educators event. It had many rooms with different subjects and concerts being presented. The concert that we were a part of was lovely, although the sound could have been set up a little bit better for the microphones.”
“Our room was haunted. I do recommend this hotel, just not room 525. There was what sounded like a whistling sound and when it got quiet, it sounded like more of a howl. I could hear it from the hallway as well. No other rooms seemed to have this problem.
The breakfast buffet was phenomenal though, which I believe made up for our room being haunted.
My other issue I had was the guy at the front desk told us the parking was on him as a gift to us since it was our anniversary. They still changed us though.”

“We recently hosted a UGA Miracle Family Day event at this venue, and I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience! The space itself is absolutely beautiful, bright, welcoming, and perfect for families. It created such a warm atmosphere for our Miracle kiddos and their families, and we received compliments all day long.
What truly set this venue apart, though, was the incredible staff. Every single person we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure our event ran smoothly. At one point, we needed to rearrange part of the space to set up Santa’s area, and without hesitation, the staff jumped in and even helped us roll out a couch for Santa so the kids could have the perfect photo moment. That level of support meant the world to us.
From start to finish, the team made us feel valued and supported. We are so grateful for their hospitality and would highly recommend this venue for any event, especially if you want a gorgeous space with a staff that truly cares.
