Me and my husband went to this store to return a phone. It was a male and female working. She didn’t even look our way. The guy name Ash greeted us. Five minutes later he came over to ask what we needed because he was working with a another customer. We sat down, 30 mins later the Brunette finally speaks and says we will be y’all. Then older white couple comes in she immediately
speaks to them soon as they come in the door. Then tells them to have a seat to be assisted. Then another older white couple comes in she tells them to have a seat. Then another worker comes in. He asked who’s next. Ash tells them we are next. The white brunette tells him the other people are next they had been there before us. I don’t know if because we are African American that they didn’t want to assist us. We waited on Ash to assist us. He provided us the best Customer service. The other two should learn how to multi- task. Instead of being lazy and sitting on their a**. We arrived at 2:45 and we didn’t leave until 5:00pm. We had to wait an hour to be seen. Didn’t get seen until about 3:50 pm. It shouldn’t have took that long to be seen to do a return. We went to AT&T right after we left Verizon and it didn’t even take over 2 hours. We were greeted upon walking in and not get discriminated against as well.

Didn't get the name of the girl who "helped" us, but she was extremely rude and judgmental. Came in to do an upgrade and my wife told her she wanted to upgrade her iPhone to a Samsung. Worker immediately judges my wife for deciding to upgrade from an iPhone to an S24+. I'm sorry! I didn't know we were still in high school judging people based on what phone they use. Why does it matter? So she begins to pull up a quote and it is a straight up scam. Quote is almost $100/month more than what I was seeing on the Verizon app. Plus she tells us that my wife can't upgrade her iPhone to a Samsung, even though on Verizon's website it allows us to upgrade? Straight up foolishness from this girl. I politely tell her that we'll just do everything ourselves online and she yanks the quote from us and stomps away to the back of the store. Like dude. If you're gonna get in a tizzy about someone wanting to change from an iPhone to a Samsung, you need to grow up. I won't be coming back if she's there.

I ordered online and did a store pickup. William assisted me and informed me of the current deals. I contacted him a few days later to add a line and get another phone for my child. He was EXTREMELY helpful. He got everything setup for me over the phone and even arranged for my phone to be picked up the same day. Once I got to the store, I met with Trinity. She had already ported over my number then she transferred my data. We had a great conversation during the process. She’s like one of the sweetest people I’ve met. Both William & Trinity were very knowledgeable and efficient. There were no slip-ups, mistakes, misinformation, manipulation, or delays. They were on point and I could tell that they really have the customers best interest at heart. They’re literally in my top 3 best customer services experiences ever! I highly recommend this store and their services.

Upgraded my phone recently only because they offered me a “buy back” where I mail my phone back using shipping info they give and they pay off the remaining balance ($440). I shipped the phone back and turns out they lied. Despite having tracking information proving the phone sent back was recieved they placed the remaining balance on my bill. Instead of my regular 120 dollar bill I’m at 600+ including the “remaining balance” and fees associated with that fraudulent balance. Avoid these crooks at all cost. This is fraudulent business practice at its finest.

Because we have received superior service from Steve at this store, we drive past 2 other locations to this store. STEVE BRUNE is the poster child of going above and beyond. I highly recommend Verizon in general and this CSR specifically.

Jason, my sales associate, listened to reason for the visit. He gave me options, broke them down on paper for me, as I told him I am very visual. He set my phone up, event helped pair it with my car, and gave me recommendations for saving money on my Verizon Account. In my opinion, he was professional, the store was clean and my experience was outstanding.
