Convenience and sometimes prices are the only reasons to come here. I went to the customer service desk that had a big "Money Services" sign over it and asked to get change for a $10 bill. "We don't do that" was the responseI for. I pointed out that the sign said "money services." Once again , with no explanation or telling what that did do, I got, "We don't do that." (I quickly learned they do whatever they can get away with.) I have inquired as to the location of items a couple times, the associates can never seems to know and they act like I'm bothering them. (So I got the Walmart App and it will tell you what aisle items are on, in any store, with about 95% accuracy). Another time, I returned an item (it was broken in the box when I opened it) and the "customer service" woman, said I couldn't return it to that store because I didn't buy it there. When I pointed to the receipt that clearly showed I had bought it there she said' "I mean we stopped carrying this item." After a brief discussion with a "manager" who clearly had been working so many hours he didn't have time for personal hygiene --I was able to return the item. The customer service woman glared at me. Customer service is a mindset and an attitude that is based on SERVICE. This is taught at Publix ---when I walk into a Publix, it seems as if everyone can't wait to assist customers. At Walmart, there seems to be a general malaise among the employees and negative attitudes are status quo. If you go in to Walmart Neighborhood Market, find your item and pay for your item at self-checkout and never have to interact with an "associate," then it's tolerable. Same thing at the gas pumps, as long as you can do it all yourself without having to interact with an attendant, they usually have lower gas prices and it's tolerable.

This store has horrible management, All of the managers will put a target on your back if you don't work fast enough and will do anything to get you fired. Ive been recorded and followed because I wasn't working fast enough. One of the managers literally put their ear up to the bathroom door to see if I was actually using the bathroom. They kept harassing me and literally watched my every move . I don't steal , I'm respectful to peers and others and still get treated like shit ! Overnight management is the worse Day shift gets rewarded for doing a good job , on the other hand night shift doesn't get treated well at all ! Management Is evil don't trust anything that comes out their mouth , they will do nothing but lie to you . They will literally decline the days you call off and they won't even pay You right . This is the worst job I've ever had .I recommend Not coming to this store . There are nothing but power heads there and they won't listen to anything you say . The co workers are good workers the only thing wrong with that whole store is management .The don't respect your privacy , they don't respect you working hard for them and even if you are trying your best the will still find a reason to put a target on your back . The store is dirty literally has roaches in the break room , the male managers continue to harass the female workers . The male managers are sexist, and will continue to harass others. I feel relived I finally left this store . Even reaching out to the store manager will get you cussed out and verbally abused . The overnight team member cant even spell right . A co-worker literally left because she was being bullied by management, These are her words " the managers had said i stank" and what made it more pathetic on the management side is the worker is special needs. She kept telling me how she didn't feel comfortable working there anymore because she kept getting bullied . I don't recommend this Job to anyone! WORST JOB EVER!!!!!!

The customer service here at night is HORRIBLE! They are never open until the business hours that are posted. If your going to close 20-30 minutes early how about changing your store hours! Not to mention the short older African American lady yelling through the door that they are closed without even looking at you! Terrible experience!!!! Will not be recommending to anyone!

Despite business hours saying they're open, I've gone to this location for gas and/or groceries multiple times just be told they're closed and find the gas pumps off.

I just visited this Walmart and am extremely disappointed by the quality of management and upper level management that I witnessed at the store. I saw employees working who were visibly/audibly sick (tired, coughing, sniffling, etc.) and when I asked one of them if they couldn't go home to rest, they said that under their management COVID leaves were not permitted if they had taken one too recently, meaning they have to come into work even if they are sick. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous and so I went on Walmart's website to check and see if that was the actual policy, and was appalled to find that was not the case at all. On the website, it stated that employees can take COVID leave if they are experiencing symptoms, receive a positive test, or are waiting for a test. Whatever that manager, Ramona, is telling them is not correct. It seems to me that she is trying to bully and manipulate people into coming into work even when they shouldn't be. Whether or not she's doing this to cut corners and make a quick buck or for some other purpose I can't say. Dangling checks in front of people's faces to force them to come into work is not only abhorrent, but I'm pretty sure it's illegal as well. These employees do not deserve this treatment and I hope corporate steps in. I've heard other bad things about this manager, including that she has continued to let a known predatory individual work even after being complained about. Extremely disappointed.

There's a reason that I still (sometimes) shop at this store--convenience. It's small enough to walk around without taking too much time, but big enough to have most food and household items. Sadly, the customer service is often lacking. I've had to wait 20+ minutes to check out because I had a huge cart and only one cashier was working. Or, today, the last couple of items were scanned twice, meaning the really great price(s) were not quite so great when I had to pay for those items twice. Check your receipt before you leave check out!

I've bought groceries on line twice now, and have had a really good experience both times. Wonderful customer service and the way it's set up, shopping online with Wal Mart is very easy to navigate. I'll definitely be back!

Store is clean.. Some of the employees are nice and actually care.. The meat wall is horrible. They never rotate the meats out.. The dairy section is also the same. I want even speak on the management.. Yea it's that bad.. They don't greet customers at all, they jus walk rite past you.
