They don't accept tap to pay. They have walmart pay that you have to download and use. It's a no for me I don't want another app just to shop there if I don't want to use my physical card or cash. I'll just shop elsewhere.

Never shop at this Walmart. I have ordered a delivery grocery shop and when it arrived and I went to open my potatoes they were rotten and my fresh corn was rotten. They are trying to make my family sick. I want them to be fired whoever did this order.

Hello,
Today, on March 10th, 2025, I wanted to scan the items I purchased at the Walmart store in Athens by myself. However, the lady responsible for closing the store spoke to me in a rude and loud manner. She came to the register to scan my items, explaining that she was closing the last self-checkout registers. Yet, after she scanned my products, I noticed that those registers were still open.
I believe that all customers should be treated with respect, and such an attitude does not reflect the standards of a store like Walmart. I hope this situation will be taken into consideration to improve customer service in the future.

The store is always clean, well-stocked, with competitive prices as always. Self checkout is smooth, and I was able to find everything I needed.
Still no tap-and-pay. Seriously Walmart who carries a wallet anymore, it's time to update.

Found everything I wanted at this store. Plus several things that I wanted were on a terrific sale. Was very pleased with my purchases and with the assistance I received from the three workers I asked for locations of various products.

Over the holidays, I was looking for an item and asked three different employees where I could find it. None of them were helpful. They did not want to be bothered. I finally had to ask a Manger, who knew the answer right away. It was a very simple request. I just wanted to know where the 2024 wall calendars were!
A week later I was unable to find an item in the hardware dept. I asked Hannah where it was. Not only did she actually do her job and get me the answer, she got off a ladder and walked me over to what I was looking for! Now THAT is customer service.
