I wanted to like this place, it’s walking distance from where I live. The sns manicure was fine but the pedicure was not.
My technician started to cut my cuticles and cleaned out the sides of my big toes by cutting off the side of both yanking the base making them bleed. The second one bled a lot more and he had to apply an antiseptic. That has NEVER happened to me before. The next day, my toe keeps throbbing. I can’t recommend this place!

If you ever think about going here just think twice. Whenever I go they're always changing the price of the service. I've been going to this nail salon since high school in 2012. I stopped going a because they were saying they weren't doing a certain designs when they've done it before. I started going back because its convenient and I can walk but its not worth it. I got a fresh set August 8th and needed to go back a week later to some of my nails repolished. I went again today because my nails chipped again and I have an event to go to. The first time I was charged $10 and today he said $15 so I'm like this is not what I was charged I will show you. He goes on to say okay I'll do it for $12. Like no you cannot switch your prices on someone especially a regular. Done with this place. If you're in Atlanta, Ga go to Piedmont Nails! They're consistent and everyone is good.

I went in for a pedicure a week ago and now I have pus coming out of my toe with a painful abcess, which means I now have to spend extra money on a podiatrist for treatment. I am so disgusted!

If there’s one thing I can’t stand, it’s surprise charges. I went in to get my acrylics taken off and a manicure. The tech skipped the massage part, so I thought, “Okay, maybe that’s just how they do it here.” Manicure was $20, acrylic removal was supposed to be $10—easy math, right? Somehow, my total was $35.
Yes, I know it’s only five dollars, but it’s not about the money—it’s about honesty. I want to feel like I can trust the business I’m giving my money to. When I asked to see where that price was on the menu, the tech searched for a good two minutes before saying, “It’s not on there.” Then I was told to sit back down so I could get my massage—but had to wait while my tech started working on someone else.
I gave 3 stars because I eventually got the massage, and I paid because I’m not the type to make a scene. But I won’t be coming back. Go here at your own risk.
