The gym is known for its pristine showers and locker rooms, which are among the best in years, and the equipment is well cared for, rarely out of service. The gym primarily serves onsite downtown workers, with most members working nearby at 191 Peachtree or the surrounding area. It tends to be quiet during mid-morning hours, with rarely any wait for equipment, making it ideal for those seeking a quick or focused workout. The staff, including the approachable gym GM and personal trainers, go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. They respond swiftly to issues and help align personal training programs with members' goals. Visitors appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the absence of disruptive influencers commonly found elsewhere. Additional amenities include group exercise programs, health screening, fitness assessments, and access to a nutritionist. The commuter pass at $29 per month offers excellent value, especially considering the cost of local sauna boutiques. While the gym does not operate on weekends, some members wish for weekend hours or access to multiple locations. Overall, Resolution Fitness provides a great downtown wellness experience with excellent staff, facilities, and a convenient location for professionals and visitors alike.
Good selection of equipment, great staff shout-out Kevin, lockers had great amenities for post workout showers and what not, they also validate parking which makes the day pass an amazing value. Overall would recommend for travelers.

Great gym if you’re in town for travel, day passes! Easy to access - if you come before the main building opens, just use the panel at the accessible door to call security.
