The business offers travel planning, insurance, financial services, and a full range of car repair maintenance services, including oil changes, brakes, and alignments. Customer experiences vary. Many reviews describe the team as incredibly nice, fast, friendly, and courteous, with service noted as quick and efficient. Staff have been commended for their help with timely repairs, even assisting customers right at closing. However, some reviews report inconsistent service for appointments, with oil changes sometimes taking well over an hour and a half due to delays, despite having a scheduled time. The business provides AAA discounts and a rewards program. Some customers highly recommend the center, while others have chosen not to return due to wait times.
We were most pleased with how George Jackson went over everything in the repair order carefully and explained it all to us when we checked out. We had regular maintenance service plus two issues resolved, and the two issues were resolved effectively and at a fair price. We will switch to AAA from Jim Ellis Chevrolet.

Went to get an International Drivers Permit, and Tasha was very friendly and efficient. It took less than 10mins. They also provide the form so no need to print before hand.

Promptly diagnosed my car’s issue and were very communicative about solutions as well as price. Dropped my car off Saturday night after hours in need of spark plugs and an ignition coil, and they had me back on the road by Monday afternoon. Great service
