This store is the perfect example of these store managers abusing power and having a position or job title that they are not qualified for. And the sad thing is it be your own people. I was told this store operates how it decides to regardless of any binding agreement. I would not recommend doing business with this establishment at all they lack professionalism and integrity. It also looks like many other customers are having the same issues so I will be contacting FTC and BBB and contacting corporate everyday until they change the management in this place.

They are rude as hell, the guy is a bully,
U miss 1 day they knocking at your door and on the phone making threats, very unprofessional, I ordered items in October and still haven’t gotten them but they on my
Phone at 8am asking for more money I hate I ever did business with them and once these items are paid off they won’t have to worry about getting another dime from me or me

I was really appalled by this location and how disgusting it is. If this is a reflection of Aaron’s as a whole I will never do business with Aaron’s. The manager I believe Yvonne was her name, her attitude was horrible. Her child was running around the store. But what really was the icing on the cake was the huge roaches in one of the fridges that another customer pointed out to her. How do you have roaches in an empty fridge?! Taking home roaches with my purchase is wild! I walked out so fast after that. Never again

It really suck to know that the location determines the service…. There are plenty of places to rent from and this was a lesson learned. I will spare the details for their own dignity that they hold none of, from sales associates to GM’s -all were rude, uninformative, non communicative and disorderly. In their respect they may have a good day and work with you but these are very few and far in between .

Bad customer service from start to finish. The management did not explain about renting to own when I said I only wanted to rent a washer and dryer for 12 months for a business.

TODAY has been a long day I been trying to find a washer and dryer. I decided to come to the AARONS by Kroger and once I walked in I was greeted with a smile and big hello from MRS.CHAN she helped with information on washer and dryer and was able to book with delivery she was amazing and will be coming back and telling my family to come see MRS.CHAN if you want a great shopping experience

This is the location to go to for great customer service and great rates. Chan made us feel welcomed from the door helped up really shop and make a great decision and the Hollis worked us an incredible deal on everything we purchased. Looking forward to doing more business with these guys in the very near future.

My experience at Aaron’s is great they work with you with your finances as for Hollis the general manager he work with you to get ownership of your product if he ever leave the they can come get the stuff back because It will never be a person like him that will help you out

Greetings. I walk in this store and was greeted by the most amazing customer service. I never met anyone who had ever had such an amazing customer service. Ms. Chan needs to become a trainer for this company. Ms. Chan actions was so professional and Very knowledgeable. Ms. Chan Knows how to make a customer feel comfortable on what they are purchasing. Ms Chan always keeps a smile on her face. Ms. Chan is very smart she help me out a lot on choosing my appliance. Finn’s. Chan solves any problem or issues you have. Ms. Chan keeps the same Attitude and stay calm at all times. The manager is awesome also. This is the only store that I would shop at because of Ms. Chan. I will refer her and her manager to all of my friends and family to them only. Thank you very much Ms. Chan and your manager.

I absolutely love this location and a few of the employees. The store manager always shows concern when there’s an issue and does his absolute best to fix any issues. Ms. Chan is awesome as well. From the time I enter the store to the time I leave, I always feel welcomed and not like they just want my funds…lol. Seriously the products are awesome and of good quality and I will definitely shop with this location on Metropolitan again and again.

My experience at Aaron’s was great from the start. I opened the door to walk in and everyone chimed in… Welcome to Aaron’s! Most store’s associates barely speak to you when you walk in. Anywhoo.. I was unsure of what style of living room (LR) set I wanted and Ms.Chan looked at me and said, I know your style follow me. 15 min later I’m signed up for my LR set and delivery. Thank you, Ms. Chan and Mr. Hollis for your professionalism.
