Not what I expected and very disappointing. I came in the store on Buford Hwy December 19 to complete the necessary application and set up payment. Since that time, I’ve been given several delivery dates because for some reason, I wasn’t “in the books for delivery.” However, you have my first payment in the books and the second one is coming up soon. It’s now January 2 and now I’m being told they don’t have the furniture I ordered. No follow up, no call, no care in the world. Starting to regret even going to the store. I just want a timely resolution.

Never tf again! I was supposed to have items delivered between 3pm and 6pm. I understand that they were running behind, but It's now 9:05pm and still no delivery! Can't get ahold of anyone now cause the damn store is closed even though I was told to call back at 8:30pm to get an ETA. I am so upset cause I felt Mark knew I wasn't getting my items today/tonight even though he told me I would. Truth be told, I dont think my items even left the store to begin with. He just told me it would so I'd stop calling. Mind you, my bf leased at the beginning of the month on the 3rd, and we still don't have our items. The month is ALMOST OVER! I called customer service to see if they could help me figure something out, but they can only do so much. This store has horrible communication with customers regarding their orders. I am never getting anything from Aaron's ever again. This is the first and last time!

Mark has been so accommodating and supportive through all my needs. Every time I pick up the phone he has been so polite and helpful! Best associate I’ve dealt with in Aaron’s!

The staff here was wonderful! Me and my girlfriend were about to leave but they went the extra mile and took great care of us ! The regional manager damaraca and sales woman Amy were awesome ! We left with a couch after it all !

I called this location for help a few times and Luke, Amy and Linda (or it may be Lisa, can't remember the exact name sorry!) were extremely helpful on each occasion. They were patient, walking me through the different options for repayment and even checking inventory for me at their location to ensure availability. They made the process easy and understandable, I would recommend Aarons and this location to others.

Delivery drivers arrived before the time I was told for delivery, no phone call to see if anyone was there before they arrived, then the drivers had the store call me (they were already gone) to say that they wouldn't deliver because they couldn't get it thru the front door and had to go around back thru a small area of dirt and rocks and they didn't want to get hurt. All large furniture in this home was brought in and taken out the same way...no other delivery team questioned it ever..not even the guys who delivered my washer and dryer.. they wanted my business and they did their job. Not a good look for aarons or the delivery drivers...
