I just got off the phone with Amari Cooper, and I have to say he provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was extremely polite, very patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Amari made sure I understood each step and truly made me feel supported during the whole process.
He listened to my situation without rushing me, answered all my questions, and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. It’s rare to find someone who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely caring, but Amari definitely is.
If every representative was like him, dealing with insurance would be 10x easier. He absolutely deserves recognition for the great work he does. Im not making any of this up the most genuine person I done met in a while !!!

My mom and I were searching for months for a decent car insurance rate. Both of us were paying over 400 a piece for out vehicles. Today we tried Acceptance and got a great rate for both of our cars.
