I recently moved into the area and this Ave is conveniently right down the street. I’ve always been a Lowe’s and Home Depot guy, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was blown away. In this day and age, it’s so hard to find good customer service, let alone going above and beyond, and that’s exactly what you get from Coco and his team. I went there for parts on a DIY project and Coco ended up walking me through the entire project step by step. He has a lot of patience and was very professional and informative. They have a loyal customer for life with me!

West End Ace Hardware – where they actually know what a 'left-handed pipe wrench' is! Saved my DIY project with obscure parts even Home Depot didn’t have. Old dude at the counter gave me free washers 'for next time'. 10/10 would nerdfest about tools again.
