This place is never clean, this trash here has been here for a week. Floors don’t get cleaned all around. The garage gate has been broken for months, so safety is a concern. Dirty and unsafe. This place is not worth the money at all.

This has been one of the most disappointing rental experiences I’ve ever had. When we moved in, the dishwasher was already broken and it took almost two months to repair. We were also told our apartment would be ready on a specific move-in date, but the leasing office completely forgot — we were notified the morning of that we couldn’t move in. Absolutely unprofessional.
On top of that, the apartment was not cleaned before move-in, and several facilities were already damaged. Emailing the leasing manager is basically pointless — no one ever replies. Maintenance is just as bad. Our heater broke, and instead of fixing it right away (despite freezing temperatures), we were told we would have to wait almost a month, and that replacing it wasn’t an option because they “didn’t have the money.”
Whenever we try to speak to the property manager, Tory, he just complains about his own stress and says nothing can be done — and half the time, he’s not even there because he’s on vacation.
This place is disorganized, poorly managed, and shows zero respect for residents. I would never recommend living here.

Booked a reservation to tour at 11am, arrived and was told the leasing office wasn’t actually going to open until 12pm. Only explanation given was that the person I made the reservation with was “new”. I ended up cancelling the tour altogether since that’s definitely giving red flags and incompetence from the start.

I met with Joya on yesterday to do an apartment tour. Upon walking in everyone was friendly and the community was really nice and clean. Joya was a big help and super friendly! The units were spacious and very well laid out. I really enjoyed my visit!

Joia the leasing consultant was amazing. Very fun and knowledgeable. Alexan on 8th is a beautiful property and am considering it for my next move to Midtown.

Trash concierge and trash lease agents. The homeless man asking for food outside the building was nicer than that whole front office. If they treat new potential tenants rude, they will treat old tenants the same! ?♀️ ?♀️

Have been a resident of Alexan on 8th for a few months so far, and have a great experience here! The leasing and maintenance staff are all wonderful, and would highly recommend staying at this apartment

The properties are beautiful and I was blown away by the game room/hangout area/speakeasy. Keturah showed me around and was an AMAZING guide. She was fun and friendly and warm, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around! Overall 10/10 experience.
