Although, they do have some cute clothing for women , this is definitely Not a friendly store at this location (Buckhead) even to those that have spent decent money here. Had an experience at this location and as I waited for management, I was able to see first hand how customers are accommodated .Was able to speak with management which didn’t make a big difference. It’s really a shame to lose a customer from the lack of friendliness and professionalism.

One of my favorite stores! Amazing staff who pick out great pieces and are invested in the customer. The sizes can be limited in store, but the associates offer to order the correct size and bring you comparable pieces to the instead.

Bought a $300 pair of jeans. Wore them once to brunch. Next time I put them on there was a rip in the seam. Store wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation. The store manager was also incredibly rude. Very disappointing. Plenty of other stores to shop. I'd avoid this one at all costs.

It is impossible to contact Alice and Olivia. I have tried through chat, email and phone. I received a email saying they will reply in 1 day. My fedex date changed and Fedex is now asking for a signature. I have never agreed for a signature to be attached to my delivery. If this is the case then I would have never purchased anything from this comnpany. HORRIBLE customer service, I will never purchase anything again from this company Alice and Olivia.Update: Maggie from Alice and Olivia reached out to me. I am waiting to see if I receive my delivery on the changed delivery date without a signature like Maggie is stating. I am happy that they did not make me wait a day for a response but I still think they need to improve on the way they handle their customers through calls, chats and emails.

Alice and Olivia’s brand is ruined in the Atlanta market due to having hired the most incompetent manager I’ve experienced in the fashion industry! In addition to being incompetent, she’s unprofessional and has the audacity to be flippant, attitudinal and arrogant. NYC should be embarrassed having this low level representation in the Atlanta market. I had a beyond horrific customer experience!!!! Unbelievable that someone so low level is at the helm of the Atl store!!!!

Christina in the Buckhead store is phenomenal. I adore all of the staff that A+O hires, but Christina is my go-to.She knows my body and understands how I like things to fit. If a new item comes in that she's thinks I'll love, texts start coming. If my size isn't there, she has it shipped to my house.During the beginning of Covid, we did FaceTime shopping and she even dropped everything off (wearing her mask). I only live a couple blocks away, but I wanted to try on half the store...so she brought me 3 large, hanging bags of clothes.I kept everything that fit. Christina will tell me what will look good on me, even when I'm not sure...she's usually right.Buying clothes should be a fun experience!! Christina and the staff at A+O always make shopping feel like a party - with gorgeous fashion!I love that A&O clothing looks good on all ages of women. I’ve seen an 18 year old girl buy the same dress as an over 50 woman - they both looked phenomenal! It’s awesome how these fun frocks can make women feel and look fantastic!

As a regular customer of Alice & Olivia in NY, I was disappointed in my visit to the store at The Shops at Buckhead. None of the sales staff were super friendly to me or my sister but two other women walked in and they were over the top, offering champagne etc. I hope they made the big sale they were aiming for because they lost my business. I will never visit the store again the next time I am in Atlanta. To the girls at that store.... you could learn a thing or two from the Madison Ave staff. Customer service is everything!!!

I absolutely love the location of this store. My other favorite is in SoHo NYC. The girls at the store are so kind and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what styles will fit different body types and personality. The brand itself is well known, but I just began buying more from A&O. The quality and uniqueness of the clothes is what helps this brand become one of my favorites!!

Christina is absolutely AMAZING - the most incredible stylist I have ever met! I am actually in Chicago and met her on FaceTime while my husband Steve dropped in what he knew was my favorite shop. Not only did she hook him up with the absolute perfects to bring home for me - right sizes, omg adorable coordinates! but she then sent me shop at home boxes!! Each item with hand written AO tags, "pair this with x for weekend brunch : ) ", she texts me pictures of the latests and surprises me hand written thank you notes. Christina is above and beyond, WORLD FIRST CLASS, has a keen eye for fashion (knows me better than I would know myself!) and raises the bar. Have I mentioned she's also gorgeous?! What a fabulous Alice and Olivia brand ambassador! So grateful for my new friend who has stepped up my fashion game!

Gorgeous store. The associates were extremely friendly and helpful. You can immediately tell the associates love the line too, with all of the great styling suggestions and knowledge about each piece in the store.

Absolutely LOVED shopping here. Brittney was extremely helpful and made me feel so comfortable. She took her time with me and showed me some different looks with layered pieces and accessories to make a few different outfits out of the items I purchased. Will be shopping there again!

I shop here often and have a great experience every time. The sales staff is really helpful and friendly. It is a very welcoming environment with really knowledgable associates.
