In my experience- your kid(s) will be fed and not harmed. However, learning and a staff friendly environment is not offered! The kids are kept busy but "lessons" are not repetitive, so colors/numbers/shapes are not picked up by the kids. The turnover rate for staff is extremely high so I was always meeting a new "teacher" for my child's classroom. On any given morning, staff may or may NOT speak. No help with potty training. And if you are hands on mom like me- don't go there asking questions because they will look at you STANK! My husband and I tried to make it work because again, our daughter was OK in the pic updates they send throughout the day. However, I expect more (communication, friendliness, consistency) so we unenrolled. Best decision for our family.

We absolutely love All Starz Academy. As a new mom, I was so afraid of my baby starting daycare at 3 months old. Within a week I saw my daughter smiling at all the ladies when we dropped her off and I knew she was being well cared for. Mimi, Ms. H, Ms. L, Ms. T and everyone there has been so welcoming and kind. They keep us updated on her day through the app, and send pictures of her eating, playing and painting. We wish we weren’t moving so far away because we truly appreciate the care you all have shown our baby over the last 4 months.

Don't get me wrong, there are some great people here. The communication of employees is unacceptable to say the least. I don't stay anywhere near the daycare but since having temporary guardianship over my niece, I digress. Easter pictures came around and I specifically brought her on picture day to get her pictures taken. It was my understanding that the teacher taking the pictures would give me enough information about payment for the pictures but she did not inform me. Not like I didn't have the money, I was paying CASH for her to come that day just for me to pick her up with her pictures not being taken. And the teacher's pet or assistant talking to me like I was supposed to know everything saying and I quote from HER mouth, "She told you once, she not gone tell you again" Speaking to me as if I'm a child, for one. Speaking to me like I come on a weekly basis when she has NEVER seen me before in her life. AND ALSO WHEN IN FACT SHE DID NOT TELL ME, I've been paying CASH since her CAPS ran out and I paid for THAT service. Completely unacceptable. I did talk to someone else that took the daily payments and she said her pictures should have been taken. My advice, if you want someone with manners talk to the people at the front, if you want to be talked to like a child, go in the classroom. ?
