What a horrible company. I received my move from them, and the workers were great, but the management was terrible. They underpaid their workers and tried to get me to agree to let them depart without unpacking items, a common scam. They also refused to do debris removal. Basically, the workers were great, but as soon as the company management showed up, they almost walked off. When transportation tells you this is your company, tell them to find another.

ALS is by far the worse moving and storage company I have had in 30 plus years in the military. I received my final military delivery two days ago practically everything was broken and I even had items stolen. I will ensure DoD hears about this service rendered.

I wrote a review on their Facebook page about how terrible they are, then they blocked me so my review disappeared. Thankfully though, the one star rating stayed. This company was tasked to me for an overseas move for the Army. They failed to package my property to protect against salt water damage, they did not crate my WWII era piano like I was told and it suffered extensive damage. Items were stolen to include my wife's North Face jacket, an HD TV and several other items. Employees were extremely unprofessional. They kept sitting on my furniture, eating lunch in my recliners, asking if they could have some of my items and so on. Bed mattresses were not packaged correctly and seams were torn on both of our queen mattresses. Go somewhere else. If they are tasked to you for a military move, demand a different company.
