I am beyond pissed I paid $180 for small individuals only to get this..mind you I got my hair done this past Saturday which was 05/06/2025. When I texted owner about my hair her excuse was I was sleep it’s the best she could do. It’s a sad excuse and to still take me money knowing you did a piss poor job is diabolical. Don’t go to them!!!

I’ve been coming here since 2018. Today was my last day. I showed her the style she gave me the price. Style looked nothing like the picture I showed her. You can show them a picture but they are still going to do what they want to do to your hair. $180 down the drain. I hate my hair and I will NOT be back again! You lost a customer. I don’t play about my hair or my money! &&&& they talk on the phone when they are suppose to be doing your hair. I got there at 9am and I didn’t leave until about 3:30. I had a very simple style. I WILL NOT BE BACK! Wasted my whole day! 😡😡😡😡😡
