It has been upgraded and the process of picking up orders is much better. Just the $$$ is low for delivery drivers

The Lithia Springs amazon flex location is very busy. The parking is very limited. When it’s raining, even though the warehouse itself is huge, the mgmt does NOT allow drivers to numerically mark the packages before loading. We have to do this in the rain, snow, etc.
Other locations are either covered or you can drive indoors.
Maybe put up some type of awning or covered parking. Not only do we get wet but your customers packages as well.
I enjoy delivering for Amazon flex but this location needs work.

It sucked. You got my money and my son's jeans that I ordered him for Christmas. I haven't received my money or my sons jeans that you received on January 16th. I was told it would take 48 hours once and never heard anything from you. Now I've been told twice that it will take 72 hours. And now you say that my money's not even in my Amazon account. This is ridiculous. I either want my money back or my son's jeans. It's been 14 days since you received the the jeans I sent back to you. Now get my money or my son's jeans back to me

The flex part is sorry. They load you with carts full of all yellow stickered heavy boxes and have you waiting for routes over 30 mins and refuses to release you. I’ll stick to Fairburn and Lithia Springs.

No stars for you! Shame on you Amazon!!! Ordered a basketball hoop for Xmas for our daughter and it said it would be here in plenty of time. Than the 23rd I get an email saying it would be late. I called customer services and they promised it would be here by 9 pm Christmas Eve! LIES!!! I gladly wild have gone out and bought one just so she could have it. Now at 9:30 pm I get an email that says it wont be here til Dec 27th… way to go Amazon

heads up, 3 hour ahifts will typically mean 40+ packages and 30+ miles from the warehouse, idk who plans these routes butits bad, only warehouse that made me just flat out refuse a route. Just know what you're getting yourself into here
