This company sucks! Poor customer service and More. My furniture came damaged and they refuse to replace it. Disgusting to me. So disappointed please think twice before you purchase this cheap furniture from these horrible people.

I bought a very expensive sofa from American signature furniture. It is less than a year old and has started failing in some of the pieces. The fabric is pulling away, and I also bought the insurance from pure promise. Neither American signature furniture, nor pure promise will fix the problem and they are calling it normal wear and tear. The couch is less than a year old and the failure of the fabric is in places that are not touched. Buyer beware of this company and definitely the insurance company.

I wish I could give 0 stars, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone purchasing furniture! I bought almost $14.000 worth of furniture only for the delivery to be horrible! My property was damaged, my car was damaged and the furniture itself was damaged! American Signature outsources their delivery and basically does not help at all and refers you to the delivery company for any claims. The delivery company does not want to take any ownership of the issues from their "contracted out" delivery guys. They damaged my BMW by and now do not want to fix it saying the cost of the repair is too expensive. No one follows up at all and no one wants to take any accountability. I have asked for upper management contact information and was denied that by the GM of the American Signature Store as well as the GM of the delivery company, which I have no clue who they even are. I made this purchase mid-January and here we are going into March and my car is not fixed and the damaged furniture has been out of my possession for almost 3 weeks with no response as to when I will get the furniture I paid for! WORST EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE EVER!

Spent close to 4 thousand on bedroom set the shit is peeling I thought it was real leather in I purchase warranty call several times befor the warranty was over no one never came out to check the set now warranties up in im stuck wit this trash I need to throw it away since they couldn't help me the one in duluth GA I had the worst experience don't shop here looks good but I was fool I want a dam refund in a dresser 3pieces in we paid cash not credit please shop sum were else this furniture has defect in they took forever to deliver it in I live 8 min away I had a bedroom set from Rooms to go last way longer than this did customer service is horrible so I'm stuck wit this or garbage don't shop here please. I wish I read reviews first this place is scam will not be back here.

My order was placed in August and ASF has not been able to deliver it. FYI: Kia makes 900 cars a day . ASF is not able to make a bedroom set in 6 months. It is the worst experience I have ever had. Poor customer service. Fake delivery dates . Confliting information and lack of order. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere!

I was greeted by Shay, I told her what my price and size range was and she directed me accordingly, she also gave me space to browse on my own. The checkout process was fairly quick and easy, the shipping date was as promised. They came about 45 mins early which was cool but I was ? lol. Love my new couch!

BEWARE OF THE SHADE - THEY TREAT YOU ONE WAY UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY. BUYERS REMORSE WILL HIT YOU HARD.From purchase - to pick up experience let me with the feeling of regret.I spent 4 days pondering the ideal of the purchase and sorting out if I were going to finance or pay cash. I visited various stores to ensure that this purchase was the best for me and my home. With the added pressure of an associate who did not work in the store taunting me by saying "You can't get that couch its for another client", this added fear of losing this sofa by being sold before I could purchase on the day I planned was placed on me, so I purchase. I don't know if it was a sales tactic or if they were serious but the display was gross to say the least.In discussing the purchase, I was told if I take it home "today" that I would get an additional $200 off, based on the price I was told before $1415 (which I have on text was the price I was quoted which meant to me $1215), but the additional $200 was not honored in the final price. With the purchase made, I situated my home, cleared out the old couch, rented a vehicle to pick up the couch and had people waiting to assist me to unload it. I called prior to coming back to the store, notifying the sales person that I would be there to pick it up.Upon arrival I was met with frustration of my arrival, being told that I would not be able to pick up the sofa. I was even put down by whom I believed was an associate who turned out to be the manager, by letting me know how insignificant my purchase was because it was "clearance". It was put into context as if it meant less to service me for pick up because it is not a full priced item. This attitude along with the disarray of the store as I came to pick up the sofa, left me with a "was this really a good purchase feeling."To sum this up, I experienced something of a customer/client service level that was unprofessional and uncomfortable. No one should ever be made feel pressured to purchase, to see the interactions of associates from another store make such a display for a purchase that someone is considering, be told that there will be an additional discount to be taken from the purchase and it was not, then be made to feel that your purchase was insignificant or that you are less valued. I called to ensure that I could pick up the sofa, if it were to be an issue someone could have told me before I changed my home around, rented a vehicle, gather people to unload and before I arrived to the store.I took my side of this deal seriously and lived up to my obligations just to be minimized. Not to mention, the sofa as advertised in various places comes with an ottoman, which this one seemingly missing one. For all the things I did to ensure that I complied with the terms of purchase, they reduced my experience to the worst. I had to pay additional money towards my rental moving truck and I spent over almost 2 hours waiting for them to come to terms with "wrapping plastic" over the couch, this causing what was supposed to be a meticulous & easy plan of pick up into one of the worst purchase experiences I have encountered.I pray no one ever has to experience the situation I described. We are past apology, no one from the store reached out to recover from this experience. If someone had asked me where to go to furniture, based on my profession and my reputation in the home and sale areas I would suggest them to seek other options.

Great service from start to finish!!! My bedroom set was delayed a few days but it was worth the wait!! The staff kept me informed the entire time. The sales team at American Signature (Camp Creek) was fantastic. Wynona helped me with every step of my sale with a great attitude. The young lady who sits in the back (I forgot her name) where you make payments was very pleasant and professional as well. I had a complicated order and both ladies handled it with ease.The delivery guys Joshua and Travis were so cool. They worked well with each other and quickly unloaded my 4 piece bedroom set (which consisted of several heavy boxes). They were super professional and efficient. My bedroom set was set up very quick and I am in love with my set!!! I would definitely recommend these two to deliver and set up your furniture and I would definitely recommend the Camp Creek location for your furniture needs!! Thanks!!!

Previous reviews I read are accurate, the sales ladies greet you but don't move to help you. Maybe they are tired, too busy looking at their phones or just lazy. I had to run her down for assistance to purchase furniture. The furniture sells itself. A kiosk for ordering would be less frustrating. They represent the store poorly as employees. On a good note, the furniture was delivered as scheduled

Thrilled with all my beautiful furniture selections . I love my Bellini reclining sectional and Charleston Queen bed, dresser with mirror and bedside tables. Travis and Joshua have handled my deliveries perfectly. Viernes, Cici and the rest of the crew in customer service are outstanding. The delivery from the gentlemen (Shawn and Charles) who came here was exceptional and quick. I appreciate them taking the time to put everything exactly where I wanted them. As for the scheduling part — the company rescheduled my delivery without notice and I took off from work when I didn’t have to. Had I been properly notified I could have made better arrangements and not miss 2 days of work. Aside from that, the actual delivery was smooth and hassle free once the new delivery date was confirmed and they actually arrived the second time around. They claim to have waived $100 off the delivery fee — we shall see. Anyway, overall — I love this sectional, arm rest and ottoman!!!

We made a large purchase and received a delivery date to be called the day before to let us know that our furniture would not be delivered until 20 days later. What an inconvenience. Reached out to customer service and of course there is nothing they can do. The store was more helpful than customer service department.

Iam extremely disappointed with American Signature furniture, I got three items two on clearance and was not. It was on Monday 18th of July and I was told they will deliver on Monday 24, around 09am I received a notification saying the item is out for delivery and I show expect between 915am to 12:30pm. I didn't receive the item I called around 12:30 to find out what's going? The customer agent said the had a breakdown, they still deliver the items. Later on that day I was told that, they won't deliver and scheduled to deliver on Wednesday and the lady started saying it's beyond their control just like a school bus carrying children when it breaks down. Wensday come and the delivery was set for 615pm to 9:30pm. I received another notification saying it's out for delivery. I waited the last time I tracked it showed that it will be delivered around 10:15pm to 10:30pm. They did not deliver. I called this morning and Kimberly the customer service lady said because my item was two items was on clearance the item which was not on clearance out In store and will only have it next month and can only deliver on the 4th of August. To save yourselves headache time and money to buy from this furniture store.
