I have been in many anytime fitness locations and I have to telling you that this one is really good, just some details or decoration things to improve but it’s ok.

After scanning key card to enter Buckhead(Pharr Rd)location, I was then asked by the front office worker my name and if my wife was on the membership. I felt as if he was trying to insinuate that perhaps I was trying to use someone else's membership. The truth of the matter is I had a key card, which when scanned,my name and wife come up. I didn't like the way it was handled.

Its hard to find if its your first time!! Its in the high rise building and parking can be confusing (go around back from the street view!) . But once you’re in, its a great spot! Good layout, lots of great equipment (leg presses, squat racks, nice selection pf machines for upper and lower body, nice treadmills etc). Very small knock- wish they had an assault bike. Those are awesome for getting HR up for zone 4/5 workouts. But this place is overall a 9 or 10 out of ten due to its layout, equipment, cleanliness, and more!

My partner has been an Anytime member since 2020 and she had always loved it. At this particular location there was an older male trainer who has grabbed her and kissed on the cheek on more than one occasion. After kissing her he would then proceed to her how much doing so made his day. Also this man is NOT my partner's trainer and is a complete stranger. He even came up to her during one of her workouts and start massaging her. She has told him this behavior makes her uncomfortable and has since decided to officially cancel her membership. She tried cancelling online, but no one answered the phone so we had to go in. I told the person working at the front desk what my partner had been experiencing and was met with a response that the trainer has a "flirty personality."

Would give five stars, but there is a security issue outside the Anytime Fitness building. A man came up to the window of our carand harassed us when I was finished with my workout and leaving.It was frightening. I haven't encountered any other problems and enjoy the perk of being able to workout on my schedule.

Nightmare, won't cancel your membership unless you come in. Their "customer service" lines are a nightmare and don't respond to your queues. Gym is fine, their service is terrible

I had an appointment and nobody was there…during staffed hours.You have to park in a garage and walk over just an FYI. It might be too cumbersome .

I look forward to my (almost) daily workouts at this Any Time Fitness. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional, the equipment is well maintained, and the facility is clean and well lit. Definitely the best health club value in Atlanta!

Great gym. Never too busy, lovely regular staff. On the whole, super clean and tidy. Great if you are a visiting AF member. Only thing missing is pull up/ dip machine ?
