Grateful for my experience here today. While I was hoping to repair my son’s phone, after finding out it would cost more to repair, it was obvious that a new phone was necessary. Jacob walked us through our options and made the new purchase seamless! He made sure to get us the best deal and also walked us through the process to have the new phone ready to walk out the door. And best of all, we weren’t there for hours, which has been my experience in the past with my carrier. Not to mention, he was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you! This will be my go to place for upgrades from here on out!

I had a Great experience there! William was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me to go through the preliminaries for setting my Apple appointment, and got me in and out in an efficient time. Will definitely be going back if I need anything else!

Customer service was fine, but I’m not sure I understand why they made the recommendation as they did when I stopped by for a repair. My phone screen was not working, and they suggested a factory reset may be required as part of the repair. The phone is working fine, since I can still tell they receive messages etc, so why can’t we just replace the screen? I decided to leave and find a third party repair shop a few minutes away. The shop did not even mention the reset as a requirement, and they replaced the screen within 15-20 minutes. Now my phone is working perfectly. Unless you have Apple protection plan and don’t want to spend the money, there are probably better alternatives for repair.

I visited the store last night to purchase two iPhone 17s for my sister and me. We were helped right away and didn’t have to wait long, which was a pleasant surprise. From the moment we walked in, Daisha greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Her positive attitude made our experience enjoyable and stress-free. One of the employees at apple was was very disrespectful when I ask for help to find other locations for iPhone 17 pro max. He told me to use the computer and walked away and I don't use apple desktop on a regular basis and I had to buy two phones. I had to literally flag someone and ask for assistance and when you do this, there is this weird look employees give you that makes you feel even more embarrassed. If it was for me I would have walked out and never return as a customer. I can't tell anyone what to do, but this is one of the reasons why I choose not to go with apple and I know it doesn't make a difference for them.

Went to this Apple Store to get my Apple Watch fixed that my wife got, and it was the most smoothest experience I have had at an Apple Store. Jennifer from the Apple Store was very personable, exchanged the faulty Apple Watch and got a new one to us. At a very busy time, we were in and out of the store with under an hour.
I highly recommend going to this Apple Store and seeing Jennifer as she knows Apple products really well and will answer your questions with thoroughness, and preciseness.

Very poor customer service. I was there to purchase the new iPhone 17. The staff was very dismissive, very uninterested and distracted when it came to helping me. I was going to pay in full for the phone. Instead I was passed around from one associate to another - I walked right out due to lack of of acknowledgment and customer care. For as much as I support Apple - this is not how you do or keep business.

Service is awful. There were 7 free employees standing around doing and still hade to wait over 90 minutes. The person that ended up helping me was one of the employees that was standing around. Literally stood their for 90 minutes not doing anything during that time frame

Do not do any repairs here. Took in my less than 2 years old Mac with AppleCare. I had a minor screen crack after closing my computer with something in the hinges. I updated my computer software in the store using one of their monitors with one of the employees, and the computer was functioning perfectly fine besides my broken screen. A week later I was told there was water damage and I had to send in my computer to get a new one. I told them to just fix the screen since I know the computer works perfectly fine with no issues, and they refused because of their policy to not do repairs if they suspect water. I’m very careful with this computer and know there has never been any liquid near this device. I return to the apple store to get my computer back and they hand me back my laptop that no longer turns on and is bricked. I was told I have to spend $300 and they have to ship my computer away. When I get my computer back all of my data has been wiped and the product service summary does not show them even replacing anything besides my display.
I think it’s all a scam to force people to buy new devices or cover for their mistakes. Makes me not want another Apple product. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I had such a great experience here getting my iPhone 17. Al was such great help and was very informative and personable and fun to talk to while going through the process of getting my phone. And Lex was amazing as well and so helpful during the phone set up while all my things were being transferred. I was hesitant on getting a new phone because I was scared of how the whole transaction process would go as well as my things being transferred from my phone to the new one but my experience here today was just phenomenal and I’m very grateful for the staff here and how friendly and helpful they were!
