“I went into this store looking for a high-quality vacuum that would last for several years and would be repairable if needed. Jeff (the owner) asked me some questions to assess the type of vacuum I would need, mainly about the floors in my household and the type and number of pets that I have. He showed me the Sebo K3 Premium canister vacuum, which I have now had for about 2 months. I am extremely happy with this product, and by purchasing it through an authorized dealer like this one, it comes with a generous extended warranty. In the shop, Jeff was very friendly and professional, and he showed me the ins and outs of the vacuum. He did not try to upsell me a product that I did not need. Thank you, Jeff, for an excellent in-store experience and a great product recommendation! I will definitely refer people to your business.”
“We love this store. Prices are great. Nicer/newer items are placed near the entrance and priced a little higher, but there are cheaper items as you continue through the store. We always find something we need or just fun or interesting. Great personal care section near the registers.”
“Great showroom and lots to see and feel. It really is a premium experience going there. The only let down is the installation team and coordination of scheduling. The installers sound nice over the phone, but once at your house, it changes for some reason and bad attitudes come forth. They’ll also ask you if you have tools for them to use. I have never experienced such a request in my life. They ought to be prepared and bring their own tools to the job.”

“Kwania was AMAZING!! She was so knowledgeable with showing us different examples of sofas to meet our needs and the room dimensions. In the end, she recommended something that we were unsure about because they did not have it in store for us to sit on. We went to Ashley furniture and sat on something nearly exactly the same and loved it. The price was BY FAR better at Kwania’s place.
She was flexible on the delivery date and everything (accommodating with late day delivery). The delivery crew did well with unpackaging and setting up the new sofa!! It is great. Thanks so much for being so patient, Kwania!!”

“Always glad that I chose Big Green Egg.I stumbled into Big Green Egg a dozen years ago. My ex-girlfriend bought one and asked me to figure out how to use it. At first, I thought it was too expensive for a grill. After a month, I bought one for myself.I don't know how, but the food always tastes better on the BGE. It's quick and easy to get started. It's easy to shut down and save the remaining charcoal for the next time. It does everything from grilling steaks to slow smoking and making pizza. Cedar plank salmon is the family's favorite.In the store, the people were pleasant in the service is good. I have a multitude of accessories. I was having a problem with the Egg Genius that I bought a few weeks ago, which controls the temperature like a regular oven. They cheerfully replaced it without asking a lot of questions.I'll be back.”

“Truckers:Stop at the gate and go to intercom on the right. They will want you to verify the address. Shipping/Receiving is about half way down on the right, not far. Go into the office. Sign in first, then go to the phone on the wall. There's a number list for the department you need. Call it and wait a few seconds. Someone will come to the office. There is a restroom to the left of the phone.Good experience for me. Arrived 5:15pm for 6pm apt. They put me in a door immediately. Had me loaded by 6:15pm.Great job. Very much appreciated.”

“I had an unbelievable experience recently thanks to the assistant manager, Lee. I went in and purchased 12 pieces of shiplap that were 12 feet long and I needed them to be cut so that I could get them into my car. I ran into Lee and asked him if he would be able to cut them and he said “Unfortunately, the saw is not working today”. And I was bummed because I really needed to complete this project at my house. So, Lee added, “I’m not going to leave you hanging, though; There’s another way to do this”. He said, “I can just cut each piece by hand”. And I replied, no way…you are crazy…there is no way that I would expect you to cut all of these pieces of shiplap by hand. But he was serious, and he proceeded to cut each piece one by one. I told him I had to write this review because this is an example of above and beyond service and everyone should know about it. All I want to say is, THANK YOU, LEE! You not only saved the day for the project I was working on, but you made my day with going above and beyond to help me. You and Home Depot were there for me when I needed you most!”
“I’m giving this store five stars because I had an amazing experience with the appliance specialist, Chris Rutledge. He helped me narrow down my options and choose a new refrigerator and dishwasher. They were delivered three days later and it all went very smoothly. So thankful there was no stress involved with this transaction. I would definitely go back to Home Depot and work with Chris again. I highly recommend him.”
