Overpriced for the quality. I also have never received good service at any Aritizia location. The staff is always unhelpful and barely speaks to me when I ask them a question. Definitely a preference on “who” they want to provide high quality service to. Really hyped by influencers but quality is giving a touch above Zara.

Great clothes and customer service but please stop playing explicit music, I don’t need to hear trap music while looking for blazers. Have some decorum!!

My boyfriend and I visited this location for the first time 9/13/2024. I was looking for warm lounge wear set because autumn is approaching quickly. I found a cute jogger set that was perfect for everyday wear, but I wanted to try it on before purchasing. A kind associate prepared a dressing room for me as I continued to shop. I didn’t find anything else appealing so I walked over to the dressing rooms. I then approached the store associate named Ariel. I told her” I was there to try on clothes” and she responded with a monotone “okay”. I then told her my name (assuming that my dressing room was ready for me because that is what I was told prior by another store associate). She proceeded to yell at me and say “I know what you’re here for, I have to go get the clothes”. She then scoffed and handled business on her iPad in her hand. My boyfriend and I were taken a back… She then showed me my dressing room put more clothes (then I initially had) in my room and shut the curtain before I could say anything. When checking out, I told said manager about Ariel’s rude nature. The manager then justified her behavior stating “She’s just loud natured.” and “She can be intense at times”. Overall it made me not want to return to the location… I suggest more training for that employee or she needs to work at job that’s not customer service! The clothes fit nice though and they are super warm!

I’ve been shopping at aritzia since 2008 (think TNA branded gym back era). I’ve been to several different locations in Canada and the USA, and I love the clothes they sell. The staff at every other location I have been to, have always been attentive, helped me shop, and overall made my experience enjoyable. I have to say this location has got to be the absolute worst one. I was so excited to see there was finally going to be a location near me after moving to Atlanta, but the staff at this location are so rude and unbothered. The only reason why I frequent the Lenox square location is simply to try on clothes. I genuinely hate this store so much that I note down what I like, and text it to my associate at my hometown aritzia location so that she can set up a bag and get credit for the sale. If you have to come here, don’t bother to actually buy in store if you don’t have to. Just order it online yourself. I truly hope corporate realizes what’s going on at this store, because it needs to either be retrained or restaffed.

This was probably one of the best shopping customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. I can sometimes feel overwhelmed in stores with this many options but I didn’t have to worry about that here. After picking some items out, the staff selected recommendations for me based on my what they saw as my interests. They could not have done a better job ? !! I left the store with basically only their recs. Everyone was so attentive and kind, and I had a great time seeing how they were treating all the other customers with this same respect and energy. I was there before closing, and I know often people are ready to just go home, but it didn’t feel that way here. 12/10 service, thank you thank you?

Terrible experience at the store with an employee in regards to the lack of mirror in dressing rooms. She dug through all my personal belongings while I was looking for the mirror outside. When I inquired her about it, she said in a condescending tone that usually there would be a purse to indicate the dressing room is still in use. The lack of mirror is to facilitate a more "communal" environment and culture. Ok, well I don't really want to interact with obnoxious employees so maybe work on the customer service training first? Just overall terrible customer experience and it doesn't help that clothes were also overpriced even when on "sale". I should've listened to all the negative reviews and not shop here.

A store without mirrors in dressing room, what kind of nonsense is this? They should do better. Wasn’t able to try bodysuits because I can’t parade half naked in front of everyone in the general area. Everyone is staring at you when you come out of the dressing room to look at the mirror including the staff. I do not want to be asked if everything is ok, I want private experience of trying things on and decide for myself. And I do not want to be touched by a staff member without asking me if he actually can fix the the strep on the back. We are not friends, don’t touch me.

I am completely fed up with an associate named “JJ.” I’ve had to two poor interactions with her back-to-back. I understand and respect her trying to uphold Aritzia’s return policies. However, she comes off too aggressive and has a poor delivery. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it!
June 15th:
She tried to refuse a return of mine and claimed that the tags were not attached. However, it was placed in a different spot than usual as it shipped from online. She should’ve looked for the tags throughly rather than be accusatory & embarrass me in front of other clients in line. She practically accused me of trying to return worn merchandise, which I would never do. Finally, another associate stepped in and pointed out that she did not look properly. My return was eventually approved and JJ did not apologize for her oversight.
June 30th:
The second instance consisted of her placing me in a fitting room and noticing my Aritzia shopping bag. I was told by JJ that she had to take my bag to the front and see if it was eligible to be exchanged. Instantly I corrected her and said that it was from online and is eligible for a store credit per the “clientele sale” return policy online.
I don’t understand why she interfered with my fitting room experience. She did not give me the opportunity to at least try my items on and then make my way to the cash wrap. JJ does completely TOO much every time & has terrible communication skills. As a loyal Aritzia client, I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at this location. I have shopped at Aritzia locations throughout the US—Aventura, Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, NY and have never dealt with an associate like JJ. I hope she gets the necessary training needed to enhance her customer service skills.

Worst employee. We’ve been waiting in the line because dressing room is full; and we got someone cut in the line because the employee said she doesn’t know that we need a try on. Which is come from nowhere, we’ve been waiting coz she told us to stand by the mirror because of no dressing room open and she clearly knows that we have a bunch of clothes waiting to be tried on. Next time try not to blame your customer first when you don’t do your job right.

I’ve given this store many chances, but have yet to have a pleasant experience here unfortunately. The store associates are the worst I’ve ever personally encountered. They either hound you around the store or avoid you at all costs. There are no mirrors in the individual dressing rooms and its awkward trying stuff on. Granted, I have a couple of (overpriced) items from this brand that I like, but returning anything here feels shameful. FYI the return policy is *not* standard and for some reason, the store associates WILL have a degrading attitude if you try to return anything here regardless if you’re within their timeframe or not. Very off-putting overall.

A dressing mirror without mirrors is a terrible idea. When I said that to an employee after she asked how I was doing, she said, “I don’t think so. I just think some people like more privacy.”
Yeah… seems like a general consensus. Such a shared opinion that it almost seems like Aritzia is trolling us. The most positive comment about the mirrors is “none of the other stores have them either.” I don’t hear anyone saying actually they “like” the set up. Plus, there are multiple employees just standing in the area with the mirrors.
It felt invasive and exposing all at once. Very cringe.
This was my first time in and it was such a strange experience that I was rushing myself to try on the clothes just to get it over with.
Then, I realized I could just leave, so I did.
I wouldn’t go back. The clothes were just okay. Definitely wouldn’t consider it “high end.” It’s nowhere near a luxury brand but I do think it’s better quality than something like an Express. Lower quality than Banana Republic.
