Apparently they are unable to read. I've given them exactly what they asked for and they still claim I haven't sent them what they asked for. It's clearly written in black and white. Seems sketchy to me.

Adding one star for Angel D. helping me get a contact on my adjuster and one more star for the insurance paid my additional living expenses within 1 month. The follow up communication from the adjuster is much better. They said that previously they were out of the office but it would be nice if they could have someone answer...
