The ENTIRE STAFF. Zack Trece and Lex were AWESOME. My
Experience was so smooth and easy. Zack went and got me food because i wasn’t feeling my best when i came in the store. Trece made sure that i was okay the entire time. Lex checked on me AS WELL entire time. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ATT LOCATION ‼️‼️

Terrible customer service. The guy in charge, can’t remember his name but I bigger black guy. Kicked me out for no reason. He didn’t like that he couldn’t up sell me, acted as if I was attacking his intelligence and in the end got pretty hostile. Told me he would call the police then started saying “get out of here before it gets bad for you”

The worst experience I’ve ever experienced in this store! I came only to discuss options for lowering my bill, instead I was met with the most degrading energy from Zack the supposed manager! He is nasty and rude and does not care about his customers, there were other customers inside that were going back and forth with as well. This is not a good look for AT&T!

Excellent experience at this AT&T store! The team was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure my service was handled correctly from start to finish. They took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they care about doing things the right way and providing great customer service. Highly recommend this location if you want efficient, friendly, and professional help.

I stopped by this location yesterday to inquire about upgrading my phone. I stood in the store for several minutes before being acknowledged by an employee who came from the back of the store holding a drink and appeared to have just finished eating. His appearance and behavior were extremely unprofessional, including sagging pants that exposed his underwear and a casual, careless demeanor that immediately set a negative tone.
I explained that I am an existing AT&T customer with a business account and wanted information about upgrading to the new iPhone 17. While belching and sipping his drink, he provided a rushed overview that applied only to personal accounts. When I clarified that I needed business account information and asked whether the upgrade could be done at the Apple Store or through AT&T, he became visibly irritated, stated loudly that he didn’t work for Apple, and walked away.
He returned to sitting with a group of people in the store, watching football and socializing. While still present, I overheard one individual mention they had already paid for a service through AT&T, to which the employee responded that they should have told him so he could have handled it differently. This further raised concerns about professionalism. This was easily the most unprofessional and dismissive experience I’ve ever had in a retail store, especially from someone who appeared to be the only employee and possibly a manager.
Based on this interaction, I am seriously considering changing carriers. I strongly encourage AT&T to address the conduct at this location, as this level of service reflects very poorly on the company.

I walked into the AT&T store (Westside location) and was super impressed with the manager Zachary. I had a few issues with my internet and wireless plan. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming to this location and dealing with Zachary. He answered every question I had and actually gave me a better rate than what I was paying!!!! I give my experience a A+!!!!! Thank you Zachary!!!!!!!

Exceptional service!!!!! Evan and Zack provided excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable and very supportive in upgrading my family’s phones. I would 10/10 recommend this AT&T location and these two employees without hesitation.
