Everything was dead. Even the girl on the lake had scaffolding and plastic completely covering it. I know it's a bad time of year though. I'll update it in summer.

Visit! But DO NOT visit in winter or fall.I really struggled with the rating for the Garden because once inside you could tell that it would be beautiful if it were summertime and the flowers were in bloom. However, I visited in February so there were no flowers in sight. This is understandable because the seasons and weather are completely out of anyones control. The part the made me leave a less than 5 star review is because they were charging people the SAME amount to enter the Garden when there are absolutely no flowers inside as they charge when everything is in full bloom. They should really be charging less during season when the garden is barren, but they dont.Pros: Good Staff, Amazing food (the burger was so good), very clean

A trip to Atlanta means you HAVE to visit the botanical garden! I visited in the thick of summer, it was extremely hot but we made the best of it. Once you see what the garden has to offer, you'll forget about the heat (maybe), haha. TIP: Bring an empty water bottle as they have refillable water stations!I purchased my groups tickets online where you'll select a time slot. They have timed tickets to maintain a safe capacity so make sure you get there on time. You can stay in the garden as long as you'd like as they have a bunch to see, small bites and full service dining.Take a tour or be your own tour guide as you wander around! You can create your itinerary right on the website. At the end, visit the garden gift shop to bring a piece of the garden with you home. If you plan to spend a while here, parking is $3 up to an hour and $2 each additional 30 minutes after that.We spent a good two hours here before we had to rush home and get ready for dinner. We didn't get to finish the entire garden (we were taking a lot of photos) so I definitely will be back! The Atlanta Botanical Garden is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Add this to your itinerary now!

I don't recommend visiting in winter. Several areas are undergoing renovations, the orchid nursery was closed. The drinking fountains don't work, none of them had water. The amount charged ends up being expensive to actually see half the park. Maybe at other stations with everything open I would love it more.Unfortunately it's not worth the price.

All plants dry, not worth paying 27 dollars, needs maintenance

It is hard to do a botanical garden wrong and yet alas...The plants are fine, a decent variety. The orchid garden is planted in rows which is weird for a jungle landscape. The WORST this about this place are the events like Valentines day. They charge $80 for nothing but bad food and cheesy music. Even then, they run out of food/drinks quickly except an abundance of places to buy $16 beers. Because they insist on grabbing an extra $10 for parking, it takes 1 hour to get into the place causing inconvenience for all the surrounding streets. By hey, you get to see Christmas lights in February!

Although I love the Gardens on any day, the Holiday Season lights were absolutely AMAZING! If you didn’t go this past season, you should make sure not to miss it next season. It’s an experience you really don’t want to miss.

The Atlanta Botanical Gardens are a great place to visit anytime of the year! During spring, summer, and fall, the flowers and plants are simply beautiful!!! During Christmas time the lights are shiny and bright!!!! Check out the Earth Goddess (She's even more beautiful while in full bloom!) and the Radiant Yellow Icicle Tower by Dale Chihuly! There are fountains and other sculptures as well!!! You can take a walk, run, relax, or have photos taken at ABG!! They also have a cafe and coffee shop!! The gift shop has some unique pieces as well!! The staff are friendly and professional!!!! Great Customer Service!!!! There is plenty of parking available. This is a great place for everyone! The young, old, and in-between!Very kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible!!! Very calm and peaceful place!!!!

The Atlanta Botanical Garden is a great place to visit for singles, couples, or families. No matter what season, they never disappoint. The flowers are gorgeous in the spring and summer. The fall festival with all the carved pumpkins is also a lot of fun! Our kids love walking through to see all the pumpkin carving. Pictures include the "Animal Farm" pumpkins and the Scarecrow Farmer as well as a few other favorite things to see in the gardens.

I only give it one because I went on January and there was absolutely nothing to see or do.If there are no plants or flowers either close or put something pretty or something to do.

I went on weekday night and it was still extremely busy. It was still a pleasant experience and everything was so breathtaking. I love the botanical garden during holiday season. Making s’mores was a sweet surprise and only $4, plus the bonfire kept me warm on such chilly night.Staff was very helpful & attentive throughout entire garden.Bathrooms were decently clean considering the amount of traffic.Handicap Accessibility: YesI’d recommend this experience to anyone just make sure to buy ticket in advance!
