Worst bank steal from you no help. 2 weeks in a row over 240 stolen out my account. Refuse to dispute it knowing you in a car loan so it’s nothing you can do about it. Will be getting a lawyer.

Horiible unorganized business, apcu customer service is poorly trained, rarely can solve acproblem without lots of time, and if thry cant they blame you. Asking for help if you are old and disorganized should be ok, but this place veiws it the orher way,,,why? So as to take every lick of money in fees that they can possibly get. A band of theives owns and runs this place

If you’re looking for a good bank, go elsewhere. There is no accountability for your funds here. I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years. Fraud was committed with a card on this account and my funds taken away from me, and they did nothing but give the run around. They sent me to “the dispute department” which is a third party vendor that has problems comprehending English. The “dispute department” referred me back to the bank. This passing the ball over the phone went on for over three weeks So I went in person and had a bank representative contact the “dispute department”. The “dispute department” and the bank representative went back and forward over who was supposed to handle it. While the bank representative was very nice, there is still no resolution and my fund have not been returned. Stay away from this bank.

UPDATE: After a couple of years and a few bad experiences I am adjusting my review from FIVE stars to ONE star.The practices of this credit union have been disappointing for the last year. There is a lack of transparency and the right had doesn’t seem to know what the left hand is doing.Very unclear underwriting practices that disfavor entrepreneurs. Disorganized and disjointed systems. All around the credit union has gone from an A- experience to a C- experience.I have a stellar payment history and account history with your organization.. yet, I have felt devalued and disrespected three times in the last 9 months.I will no longer tolerate doing business with APCU and I can never recommend anyone else do the same. Look elsewhere if you want to feel like your membership and dollars are valued by your banking institution. You deserve better than what you’ll get at APCU.

Worst customer service experience ever. Rude abrupt assuming staff. Phone tellers and manager smart elliks and rude. They do no explain the new process, they assume you know.

This is the worst credit union ever good for car loans only but bad for everyday banking!!! Their systems fail, you can never get anyone on the phone you hold for hours, emergency loans they deny it doesn’t matter if you direct deposit or not go to Navy Federal because APCU is not it!!!! They SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I asked a member service representative if she could tell me if a branch service near me is open on Saturday and she told me she did not know I said can you check? She said I don’t have to tell you if it’s open I can if I want too as a courtesy but I don’t have yo I can just tell you where yo find the answer she was very rude and cold and just igniorant unprofessional straight up ghetto customer service Friday September 8 2023

Phone reps are rude and have horrible attitudes. They're never available to speak to over the phone & they DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS and the hours and location aren't beneficial to members when you can't get ahold of anyone after 5 or on the the weekends... I would NOT recommend to ANYONE

I have been a member for APCU for well over 5 years, my mom was the one who actually put me on to the bank. The service is slow and the Customer Service Rep talk to you as if you’re making their day worse. The help from the credit union is about 3/10 Rating. If I didn’t have a auto loan with them I would have been changed banks a long time ago.

This is a horrible credit union. Customer service is non existent. The Probate dept is terrible and please dont expect anyone to go out of their way! I prefer to withdraw my funds and.go elsewhere where professionalism and efficiency exist. Again, the Crowne road location is a nightmare!

Someone stole my money out my account I have been calling them over a month now and no one has returned my phone call then they called today . Saying my case was denied. I have never seen an investigation without needing evidence which I was more than happy to give. I literally have proof and they didn’t ask for anything instead closed my account talking about I need to pay them. Customer service is terrible, when you call they can’t help after being on hold for over a hour or more . I’m on hold now writing this ??. Sending emails for they services update but not my money

I have been a member for over twenty years.purchase five cards had excellent service. However a week ago I had an emergency and needed to apply for a loan. Couldn't talk to anyone had to leave a message.someone called me back the next day. I was told someone else would call me 24 hours someone called she stated she would have someone else call me til this day I still have not put in my loan. I don't know what is happening at APCU. Always have been an exceptional credit union.

The absolute worst bank I’ve ever had. I made a mistake in the order of my direct deport when I updated it and didn’t deposit enough to cover a charge. Definitely my fault. I called the bank on 4 separate occasions to discuss the 3 NSF fees they charged for the same transaction. I was never able to speak to anyone because I was on hold listening to their commercials. I had to call again today because my Zelle isn’t working due to them not being able to confirm my identity…which they actually did. I was on hold for 13 minutes before being told to LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. What kind of mom and pop bank is this? I only have this account open in case I buy a car later this year but I haven’t put any real money into it because they are literally the worst. I will never recommend them to my family and friends because their money will be held hostage and they’ll never get to speak to anyone if they need to.
