Went here for the first time and had a great experience. Kel has the place running smooth and with precision. Everyone who helped was super nice and attentive . Rawle helped with my car wash and even gave me quotes for minor things he found after the wash that they could assist me with. I’m so upset I could spit pure ? It took damn near TWO HOURS for my car to be completed. I still found spots on mirror, inside dirt that came up after I vacuumed it again. There were boys standing around looking very lost as to they were waiting for someone to tell them what to do. I’m confused ? It’s an assembly line! To make this entire day much worse, when I pulled off, I felt something as I was driving. I pulled over and saw that it was a nail in my tire. It was not there when I arrived but as soon as I was leaving, it occurred. I called the place and the lady gave me the number to RELL, the owner or co owner.. whoever he was at that time. I called and told him what happened and he stated that he couldn’t do anything at the time because he was taking his nephew to the airport and to call him in the morning. He said he will come out and plug the tire (at my home). I called and the lady that answered the phone stated that he said they were short staffed and it would be later on today before they could come. I asked her around what time would that be and she said that she didn’t know. I text RELL(several times), I called (several times). NO RESPONSE. HE DID NOT FIX MY TIRE NOR OFFERED TO PAY FOR ANOTHER ONE! They will not get my service EVER AGAIN! I had two cars coming to them on a regular and have gotten things done from them. The way I was treated was horrible! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

Went to Atl Shine about two weeks ago to get my Audi Q8 tinted. Not only did they thoroughly wash my car prior to tinting my windows they washed it again afterwards. And I don’t mean a quick and cheap wash.. they scrubbed every inch of my truck. All the staff were super friendly.. The owner Kel is a good guy. I live all the way in Alpharetta but this will ALWAYS be my go to for my detailing needs. Also.. my tint looks DOPE! No bubbles anywhere!!

Requested the IRX and was given the CTX (lesser tier) and then after waiting two hours I realized they put the wrong tint on and wouldn't offer to fix it in anyway besides for me to pay the difference and wait an additional 4 hours for my truck. Go somewhere else where they value your business/ time and will get it right the first time.

Perfect for the price... the whole experience wasperfect....the reception was received by Tuwanna and she set the atmosphere. Since this was my first and definitely not last visit. Everyone seems to enjoy what they do. The waiting area is very comfortable...Rawle did a very good job of waxing my vehicle and wanted to make sure I was highly satisfied...yes I am! Atlanta Shine does it again. I don't know why I even try other places. They are quick (as quick as detailing can be), attentive, and reasonably priced. I haven't done anything beyond a in and out but they stay booked and busy. My real test is when i come with my actually dog hair dirty car and see how it turns out. Also, this place changed my understanding of car wrapping. My next next car will be wrapped. Not because I want a crazy color but because I want to protect the integrity of the paint from ATLANTA. As a heads up they only accept cash, cashapp, zelle as payment options. They get 4 stars instead of five because seating is so limited. I'm literally sitting on a wobbly shop chair in the sun. It's far from a dealbreaker.
