Lesson learned. Being from the south, I wanted to get my grillz done in the south. My sister had a friend who had success working with ATown so I felt confident. We had our mold taken August 14th, 2023 and my sister sent it to me after she picked up hers. I received it around August 24th. I was able to get my left side to fit, but my right side did not. I called ATown and was told to call back later to receive instructions on what to do to adjust them but did not hear back. September 7th, I flew back after not being able to get in contact with someone and had to get my teeth remolded on September 8th. I was told that I would be contacted later that evening for when my refit would be done and even pushed back my flight to hoping that I could be done with it, but had to call and text in order to get a response on September 13th after leaving. On September 16th, flew back for the day to pick up my refit but it still did not fit. I was told that my tooth was too small and I needed to add another tooth, but I told them I would would rather change the placement to the bottom. I was informed that they would have to speak to the proprietor to see how they would be able to move forward so, when I did not get an update, I group texted the three numbers associated with ATown explaining that I did not want to continue flying in only for me to leave with nothing and did not want to pay extra for an added tooth when this possibility was not explained in the initial consultation. I was told I could get the remold for a bottom placement free of charge. I told them that I would not be able to come back until this weekend. So Saturday, October 7th, I arrived to the shop got my mold done. I was told that the grill would be done by the next day, I explained to them that I was flying out in the evening and they assured me that it would be done. Sunday, October 8th, I arrived and was told that the grill was not done but they would have it done tomorrow (Monday) if I was able to stay and it would be done around 3p but they didn't want to give me a specific time so to call. I pushed back my flight to pick up my grill today Monday, October 9th, and on the day I called like I was instructed but still no answer. So I waited until it was pick up time and went to the shop. When I arrive, a guy named Junior sees me and tells me he has to leave and get my grill from another shop and he would be right back. My sister and I wait outside of the shop for over an hour only for Junior to call Vizo and tell him to tell me to come back tomorrow. I told Vizo that I could not because I would be headed home. I was given Junior's number and when I attempted to call, it went straight to voicemail with a text reply to text him. I texted him and told him that I was still at the shop waiting and if I could not get the grill today I wanted a half refund for only half of my set being delivered. No response. At this point, Vizo is also calling Junior continuously to try and get him until he finally answered. I was told that a refund was most likely not possible because "the grill was done, it just didn't fit", I already got the mold for the new set, and they were not authorized to give me the refund. Now I'm waiting and I have to call tomorrow about the status of the 2nd refit but in all honesty, I would rather my money back so that I could get them made some where else because they are asking for a level of trust I no longer have. Pros: The half I received looked good Cons: They only received payment through PayPal, CashApp, or Zelle so less protection if it things go left like it did for me. The customer service is poor. Out of all of the times I've called them, they only answered once and my sister said she never was able to contact them by phone. They are not considerate of their customers' time. The only reason I knew my grill was ready was because my sister was there to pick up hers and other times I had to call and text to get some sort of update. They do bad business. Ficked up communication. They gave me 10kt Gold instead of 18k. The Gold is turning colors. They tried to make me pay 5200 for 2 vvs diamond teeth. It took them 2 months when I paid for next day service. They also made me pay 3k for those teeth and they look like shxt. These ppl are scams. Don't go to these ppl. They will rob you and take 67 days to get your product, with no communications. Fick these fig ahz noggas. They will get the business soon.

this is my 10k grill that was sold to me as a 14k grill and when i went to check they lied to me about it. testing it else where they told me it was 10k im just leaving this as a warning because they removed my complaint on google and said i wasnt a real customer.

They gave me silver plated teeth. Within a week started to show.it was by mail. Now the mngr wants me to fly to Atlanta to show him his product. Customer service, not good.

Went in 11/18/2021 to purchase sliver 10 set grillWas charged 650 paid 550 and was supposed to pay 100 upon pick up yet....look at their website picIt is now 12/14/2021 still no grillz. Communication is terrible and the experience is so bad I frankly don't want any grillz at all.

Got my grill back last night. The rose gold 6 bottom I got is amazing. So well done I couldn't have imagined it any better. They came thru and really executed exactly what they said they would do. Straight business with no run around. Love it!
