There is no transparency, customer sales is in the carribean, support is India. Stateside you'd be lucky to find someone who cares to help. They prioritize sales over support. I'm on my 10th call, the one team that I need to get in contact with engineering/technicians do not have a contact number lol. We are at the mercy of AT&T due to them being the only service provider in our area.

Bullied by AT&T. First appointment on 7/30 1-3PM. No one came. I have to reschedule. Second appointment on 8/2 9-11AM. No one came. I have to reschedule. Third appointment this afternoon 1-3 PM. Now it’s 4:30 PM. No one came.
Customer service: “I’ll help you solve this problem” then leave the chat room. Amazing company.

My, my, my.....angels personified truly exist in this exceptional individual Julius R. from right here in Atlanta, Georgia. The saying goes “ good help is truly hard to find.” However, what of it? It wasn’t just help that Julius R. offered it was patience and tenderness eclipsed by the warm embrace of his voice. The benevolence of his character engulfed the rage and dissatisfaction that had beset me all day. It’s not an easy feat trying to talk to a sensible representative that isn’t talking to you in tone that scorns and belittles you. No, he was like a swift pleasant thought that invaded you to help crest a smile while you gazed off into the distance. His tone wasn’t abrasive but gentle with a hint of joy. His questions weren’t awe struck but given at the behest of care itself. He recognized my loyalty verses quoting policy. I mean I been with ATT since they had GO phones and razor flip phones! I was ready to terminate the entire contract until Julius R. talked right off the ledge. Julius R is the right person for the loyalty department! You are the best!

I worked here for 23 plus years. The building was officially sold and handed over to new owners effective February 14, 2021. No longer AT&T which was a great place to work. I'm gonna miss this building.
