I came into the because I had a pair of AirPods Pro that I had just purchased two months ago. The person gave me the impression that they were going to swap the pair out for free. I looked on my bill today and it says that the equipment was put onto my account with monthly payments.

Just came into the store and had a very disappointing and rude experience. The man helping us right off the bat said he can't help and to call at&t, when we told him that they actually sent us to a store he said it was a lie to get us off the phone. He refused to even pull up our account to see if there's anything he can do to switch our plan. Very disappointing experience

Had a contract plan that I wanted to convert to prepaid, was able to get it done at another store easily, these guys had no idea or any answer. Maybe because they don't earn a commission, they are not interested in working. The guys were very shady ,they didn't even pull up our account so it shows up that we visited this store.

The ATT Store at Atlantic Station is the worst. You walk in they’re all sitting around on their phones. They look up and act like they’re going to help you. And if there’s any issue at all that needs to be resolved, they have no interest at all. No solutions. And they don’t care. I went in for a simple issue. There was a mistake made on their part when I brought products in that store by AT&T. that they could not correct. There are plenty of AT&T stores around. I would not recommend this one under any circumstances.

This AT&T store has extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff!! The two guys working at 10am this morning (5/6/24) were the best AT&T employees I’ve ever met!! They were above and beyond HELPFUL!! I will drive back to this location no matter where I move in metro atlanta just to receive this higher level of competence!! :)

Horrible experience. All the att buildings should be closed. No one wants to work unless they are getting a commission off of it. I wanted to return a phone and couldn’t at a corporate store. Darius with the locs proceeded to talk to me like I’m stupid.

Went to upgrade my phone. They didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock so they said that it would be mailed. We asked about the trade in, the assured us that it was no problem as soon as the new phone came in the mail I could physically bring my old phone in and get the $800 credit for it. I just had to bring it in within like 30 days and we would get the $800 credit. Well 2 weeks later I went to turn in my old phone and they tried to say my phone was damaged and they could only give me $300 credit for it. Then they tried to get me to go access the street to pay to replace the screen so I could get the full credit. I think they are getting kickbacks from the screen repair. I refused we called AT&T, they sent a return label and we mailed the phone in and got the $800 credit. Also on a lesser note the sales associate seemed to dither around on his iPad, when we were there he tried to upsell us on everything, fine whatever but the associate asked if we had AT&T internet which we do so he said he would put a $20 month credit to our account. Cool 20 min later him on the iPad he says it’s added…..of course I get the bill and no such credit is on there.

I went in to buy another phone and trade my phone in I currently have, I was trying to pull up the information on my phone I gave them my phone number and as they were doing this both Mexican sales people or 1 manager who would not give me his name walked off and moni walked to help to Mexican people instead of me. Talk about being racist I've never been treated so rudely in my life. Moni has no sales skills what so ever I know I'm a sales manager, and I watched her she should be fired along with the rude sales person that worked with her or the manager. I asked him to help, and he said just leave. I said whatI'm here to buy a phone. He wouldn't help me. I'm not Mexican. They both should be fired att doesn't need such racist people working for them.

Do not go to this store! Very unhelpful staff. They do not want to do their job to help out a customer
