This store said they were not a corporate store and so they could not help me switch from one AT&T plan to another and still keep my phone number. They directed us to a “corporate store”. The store we ended up going to informed us that they could have helped us and it was not difficult. It didn’t take more than 5 minutes. Go to the AT&T store near Lennox!

Went in to transfer my phone number and instead received a completely different service to my account. I've now been on the phone with AT&T for 2 hours and no one's been able to help me.

It's the worst company I've ever had you cheated with internet monthly payments and charged you lots that didn't look at the enrollment, from Total section I prefer another company that tells the truth by signing up.

The store manager is very knowledgeable on his products! If you are looking for a At&t in the area. This is the location to choose! All reps were friendly and knowledgeable as well! I recommend this location to anyone in the area for their AT&T needs/wants ! 100 out of 10

This store is the best. The store manager Michael knows his stuff! If you are looking for an At&t in the area this is the best place to go for all of your needs! The reps are honest and friendly. I came in with a complicated bill and Michael helped me and made sure I left completely satisfied.

The maps say they open at 10, but when you get there the door says 12, which is a major difference. When you call the number, and it says press 1 to speak to someone at this store you don't get that, you get a sarcastic rude non helpful call center

I visited this store today since it's by my house. The customer service I received there was absolutely terrible. I ended up driving over to a different store to upgrade my phone. As an At&t customer for 20+ years I was expecting exceptional CS and that is far from what I received.
