Wife’s new phone was on SOS (for the second time this summer). Went to the store. Had us try many things, including ***purchase*** a new SIM card (the phone is only 2 months old, we should not have had to buy anything).
Did not solve our problem.
Sent us home to call ATT support. Spend 2 hours on the phone and never got connected to a wireless support technician (endless loop cycles). Finally, the phone started working again.
Out 3 hours of our night, money for the SIM card, and wondering if/when her phone will stop working next.
The representatives working at this store are friendly and wonderful. They are just doing their jobs as required - but the experience was awful, nonetheless.

I will never again use AT&T! I added my daughter to my plan and she traded in her phone and was supposed to get $350 credit to her new phone. The very inexperienced or criminal salesperson, Douglas T., sent back her phone under another phone number and someone else got her $350 credit! She bought her phone 11/8/2023 and traded in her old phone to this store on 11/20/2023. We have received NO CREDIT! I have been back to this store multiple times since January 2024. AJ was no help and referred me to his supposed regional manager, Daniel Howard. Daniel never returned my calls or responded to my emails. When I called him from a different number, he picked up and said everything was resolved and we should see a credit. That was on 4/24/2024. Again, nothing was resolved after 2 billing cycles. I called him again on 5/16/2024, again from a different number, and he answered. He told me that he was just going to credit the full $350 as a one time credit. And that he’d call me by 5/18/2024 to confirm everything was completed. I have left him MULTIPLE messages and have gotten absolutely no response! I finally went back to this store on 6/1/2024, only to meet a new manager who’d never heard of Daniel Howard. And of course AJ no longer works there either! The new manager, Taylor, couldn’t figure out how to look back to 11/2023 and had me call customer service on speaker. The agent I spoke to, Tesha, said the department I needed to speak with was not open on Saturdays and she’d have to schedule a 3-way call on Monday. Now I have to take time out of my work day to talk to yet another person. I have spent so much time and frustration dealing with all these people-all to get my daughter, who is a struggling grad student, her rightful credit! I’ve absolutely had it with AT&T and I’m looking into getting legal representation. Just because you are a big company, doesn’t mean you should have HORRIBLE customer service and treat your customers like crap!!! I would have given you no stars, but it won’t let me post without at least one!

Was told I was going to get a $350 rebate after trading in my iPhone 11 for an upgrade. They said after 3 billing cycles I would get the rebate on my account.
After 3 months I noticed the rebate wasn’t on my account, only the cash value of the phone (which was $55 dollars). I went back to the store and they said I had to wrong wireless plan to qualify for the $350 rebate. They would not honor what they had said when they traded in the phone.
This was never mentioned when I initially traded in my phone and I would have not upgraded if I knew I wouldn’t get the rebate.
Would not recommend this store and I would make sure you get it in WRITING if you are promised a rebate.

AJ is fantastic!! I went in to ask for help with trading in my iPhone to get a newer one with more storage and I was in and out with a new phone in an hour. AJ was so helpful and kind and honest, and since my new phone was taking a bit longer to sync all the data from the old phone, and I had to leave, he printed directions for me for the place I was going to since I couldn’t use my phone maps yet! So so kind!! Thank you AJ! 10/5 stars! And thank you to Gabbie as well for all of her help with my new phone and helping me get a new screen protector etc!

Came here Saturday 1/13/24 and had a great experience upgrading my older phone to a new one. The rep was awesome, he had us taken care of with getting the new phone set up and switched over with all of my previous data in no time. Will definitely be returning here for all future purchases.

Not sure why this store is NEVER open. I came the Sunday after Thanksgiving & online it said it would be open until 7:00; but when I arrived it said “Closed Sundays”.So I came back today - during weekday hours, and it’s closed. Again! Lots of UPS delivery stickers on the door so that means even UPS can’t deliver packages here.Don’t rely on this location to ever be open! Very frustrating.

We had several changes to make to our account and were dreading going to the store to make them. Fortunately, Quinn was able to quickly help us get all of the changes completed and went above and beyond to get us past the usual customer service roadblocks.

We bought 3 "new" I-phones 4 years ago at this location. When we recently upgraded to new phones, AT&T told us these phones that were sold to us as new are actually refurbished. The salesperson represented these as brand new and were complete with the original boxes, manuals and chargers. We paid the full price for new phones and were not offered any options on refurbished phones. There was nothing in the paperwork that mentioned that we were actually buying refurbished phones. As far as we were concerned, we were buying the latest I-phone available and would never consider refurbished phones. Needless to say, but refurbished phones are worth a lot less when traded-in than phones that are new when purchased. When I went back to the store, the sales person no longer worked there and the employee on duty looked that was in over his head. After 4 years, there's not much I can do.
