Came here Saturday 1/13/24 and had a great experience upgrading my older phone to a new one. The rep was awesome, he had us taken care of with getting the new phone set up and switched over with all of my previous data in no time. Will definitely be returning here for all future purchases.

Not sure why this store is NEVER open. I came the Sunday after Thanksgiving & online it said it would be open until 7:00; but when I arrived it said “Closed Sundays”.So I came back today - during weekday hours, and it’s closed. Again! Lots of UPS delivery stickers on the door so that means even UPS can’t deliver packages here.Don’t rely on this location to ever be open! Very frustrating.

We had several changes to make to our account and were dreading going to the store to make them. Fortunately, Quinn was able to quickly help us get all of the changes completed and went above and beyond to get us past the usual customer service roadblocks.

We bought 3 "new" I-phones 4 years ago at this location. When we recently upgraded to new phones, AT&T told us these phones that were sold to us as new are actually refurbished. The salesperson represented these as brand new and were complete with the original boxes, manuals and chargers. We paid the full price for new phones and were not offered any options on refurbished phones. There was nothing in the paperwork that mentioned that we were actually buying refurbished phones. As far as we were concerned, we were buying the latest I-phone available and would never consider refurbished phones. Needless to say, but refurbished phones are worth a lot less when traded-in than phones that are new when purchased. When I went back to the store, the sales person no longer worked there and the employee on duty looked that was in over his head. After 4 years, there's not much I can do.

I recently upgraded my phone and the staff was super helpful and cleared up all my questions. They work with you to help you get the best deals and promotions. Super friendly. Definitely the best experience I had dealing with AT&T. Special shout-out to Valentino for being such a wholesome guy.

Valentino was an outstanding support while I struggled through many account issues created by the call center. Lots of clicks and data entry and Valentino magic yielded a cohesive account, proper access, and reduced costs. Highly recommend!

I came into this store a few weeks ago to purchase a new phone and was provided with superb customer service by Valentino. Being a senior citizen, I am working hard to "stay in the loop" regarding technology and Valentino was very patient in assisting me in making the transition to a new phone. He also assisted me in getting the correct accessories to go with my new phone. Thank you!?

I ordered an upgrade over the phone and the person I spoke with at the store told me I could have it shipped there since I was concerned about not being home to sign for it. I thought that was a great idea, so I agreed to the offer.I was notified by email that my phone arrived at the store, so I went to pick it up. The manager told me I couldn't have the phone because I ordered it over the phone and that was against policy. There was the phone, sitting right there, but I wasn't allowed to have it, Since then, I have been through several long, frustrating phone calls explaining the situation with no one to help. The customer service at the store couldn't have been worse! There were no apologies, just the manager saying she wasn't willing to get in trouble by giving me the phone. She actually seemed annoyed when she had to get off her personal call to help me when I got there. Horrible experience, incredibly unprofessional!

Came to this location after extensive search. So glad we came here. Shemar wasn't much for conversation, but he was 100% professional. Did exactly what we asked for and answered all our questions?Did an excellent job and was a perfect gentleman. Met Zakiya as well and she was very pleasant. Definitely will bring all my business and needs to this store???

I am very disappointed with the service of one of your employees. I signed a phone contract with them at the beginning of January, where I was not told about significant fees (including the activation fee of 35 USD and additional taxes).In addition, I was promised a student discount of 25%, which, however, is not redeemable for my contract.Unfortunately, I didn't realize the truth until almost two weeks later when I received my first bill online through AT&T.In total, my monthly fees are still 36 USD above the agreed prices. In addition, there is a one-time fee of 40 USD.I spoke to support, who credited me 10 USD.Nevertheless, the sales service in this AT&T shop is outrageous.I very much regret having signed my contract here.
