I had just received a phone today and it was not operating properly I came to get the issue resolved and Chelsey Johnson took care of every need I had and even updated my internet for no extra charge the service was great I would highly recommend her to further customers

Chelsea Johnson, connectivity expert at the AT&T store on Lenox Road, is by far one of the most efficient, competent, and patient persons that I’ve had the opportunity to work with. She is an expert in every sense of the word. With all of my quirks and questions, she answered and responded with patient intelligence and confidence about the product that she represents. I’m glad that I had a chance to make my phone upgrade with her because she guided me through every step with grace. I am most appreciative for all of her experience and her time.

Terrence, Jelia, and especially COURTNEY were absolutely amazing!
From the moment I stepped through the door we were greeted with a warm welcome. They demonstrated excellent problem solving skills, very good team work, patience while addressing my complicated issues, and all the while reassuring me throughout the whole process. They ensured that the plan I chose was the correct one to meet my needs. It is evident that they have a passion for what they do and very positive attitude towards work.
Wonderful experience and exceptional staff members!

Horrible customer service. Didn’t even get greeted at the door today. My bf and I went in to get a new upgraded iPhone. We sat and waited a bit and no one still greeted us nor let us know it was going to be a wait. We proceeded to walk out and no one stopped us nor spoke. It was a few employees working to make things worse. Do not recommend this location. Black employees always lack good customer service.

The representative who assisted me was unengaging in his communication and showed limited customer service skills. I had to repeat information multiple times, even though he had a sticky note with some of the details in front of him. Additionally, he changed my plan without prior notice or consent. However, the store manager approached me to check if everything was okay. I shared my concerns, and she responded with understanding and professionalism, even providing her phone number for follow-up.

Came back to my car to find a pamphlet trying to sell me on a new phone plan. I will now actively refuse to consider this company's service due to their decision to litter on my vehicle. Not that it's a hard choice, as the pricing/product is subpar (I pay half the price with Verizon's Visible for similar coverage). Scratching my head trying to understand why anyone would choose AT&T at this point.

First, I would like to say I am not a disgruntled customer, but I do not appreciate the level of customer service that was received at this particular location, especially from a manager. I arrived at the location to inquire on my bill as to why my bill was so astronomical. I spoke with the gentleman by the name of Terrance. Terrance then put me in touch with the manager upon my request immediately when the manager approached, she approached with hostility, and what appeared to be an unwillingness to help and it appeared as if she may have been ready to go home for the day. In fact. Upon entry, all seven employees were actively sitting at the table, and the greeting was subpar. Definitely was not a typical that one would normally receive when entering an AT&T location. I proceeded to speak with the manager in reference to my bill. The manager was very condescending and very as a matter of fact, and while she was willing to do what was required of her, it was evident that she was not willing to go above and beyond in an effort to not only help me figure out what was going on with my bill and or at least provide insight as to what I was asking of her. The manager, then asked me asked me to not speak to her in a certain manner, that she would have to ask me to leave. At this point I got confused, I expressed that yes I was frustrated, but my verbiage was very professional never use profanity, and I didn’t understand why she was so hostile, nevertheless. Realizing that if the manager and I kept down that path that I would not get any type of resolve. The manager then stated that she would call security and I told her to proceed with Calling security because I had done nothing wrong. I was simply inquiring about my account. While being informed as to where the kiosk would be for me to pay my bill, the other employees are giving side eyes, rolling eyes and mumbling amongst themselves. May I add very unprofessional. At this point I felt best served by a machine because the human connection wasn’t there. Before I could leave the store another employee interjected and said “yeah we know where you work and we could get you fired”. As the manager and Terrance essentially at this point are escorting me towards the doors, she is dialing security, and making very condescending remarks, she states “you should pay your bill”. Yes I should pay my bill but that still doesn’t tell me why a bill is so high. The issue I have with this is that they not only have my name and personal information but they are also aware of where I work. I have never been met with such hostility and poor customer service from an AT&T location although I do work for a very known brand, I would never recommend or suggest in good consciousness or good faith AT&T to any of the customers that I work with, especially if they ask my opinion, I would never refer them to AT&T.

Very disappointed in the level of customer service I received immediately when I entered the store. Jasmine swiftly greeted me and attempted to waitlist me without asking what I needed. All I needed was a charging cord --- I actually needed it badly to GPS home. For small purchases my local Newnan store would never be so dismissive. I waited for 15 mins... when I finally walked out the other associates finally cared. Not to mention it was only 3 other customers there. Poor customer service. We've been with ATT since cingular.
