As a business professional, I visited this store to upgrade my iPhone. I arrived maybe 1.5 hours prior to close. The staff, not the manager, who was professional there, had ZERO customer service. The service was one of the worst I have ever experienced in my life, again, not the manager Crystal - she was helpful and amazing. I had my 80 year old mother with me and I could not believe the level of disrespect, frustration, lack of consideration that was shown towards me, the only customer in the store.The person who helped me barely answered questions, took my phone without instructing me what she was doing and after an hour of dealing with a bad attitude, I said I don't like your attitude and she said verbatim "I don't like yours either". How APPALLING.The manager had to step in and help me. When I was done, the rep did not say THANK YOU, good night or anything! Usually I don't post negative reviews, but this was BAD. Very, very bad. I will never return to the store. Again, Crystal, the manager, had excellent customer service, but the staff member, who I won't name, but corporate should look into this or the owner, you have to do your job and at least like it and show respect to customers and elders. If it weren't for the manager, the review would be an absolute ZERO. Crystal, thank you for your kindness, but your staff member needs to be trained on how to deal with the public.

They're not helpful. They visibly and audibly with i and another set of people walked in which is weird. Then the guy with the glasses didn't even try to help. He immediately came up with reason he couldn't help then said to call the customer service number (which I had already Done several times) and said they'd be closed today.

Located right in middle of Lenox . Opposite side of macys. Indeed of the biggest and cleanest AT&T I have seen in the area. But services is little slow. It took me 30 mins to pickup online order because something was wrong with the system.

I called to see if they had an iPhone in stock before I traveled to the store. Not only was the person who answered the phone rude but they claimed they couldn’t give stock info over the phone. When I asked what would be my options if I came in to get the phone and they didn’t have it in stock and she said “ship it”. Complete waste of time!!!!

No issues with internet and was excited to have at&t join our commercial building. My 1 star comes from the mobility service and the sales rep Phillip Clark. I was very clear I was switching to AT&T to save money at my new business and that I only wanted 1 extra phone and line added. He proceeded to pressure me into getting 5 lines so I could get 4 free devices if I also turned in my perfectly fine iPhone 13. I called him with concerns about my bill multiple times during the return window. He kept mentioning credits and kept reassuring me things would balance out. He completely disregarded my need to save money, because next thing I know my bill is turned off and I’m told to pay $1400 for security deposits on all of these free devices. When I spoke to Phillip about this he said he couldn’t check this before and that I did in fact owe this due to my business age/credit. He was not involved to help me like I thought, he was involved to upsell me and this has done irrespirable damage to my finances. Terrible I am stuck in this contract because of all of these devices. Everyone else I spoke to at AT&T was shocked I was able to get these devices without prepaying but they hey couldn’t help me even with a payment plan.0 stars and I will never recommend.

Absolutely without value. AT&T is a very good company with decent service overall, but the customer service in their Corporate stores in general, Lennox in particular are absolutely horrible! Lots of people waiting, nobody helping, one employee was even lounging on the couch, relaxing and watching the football game. I got here at 2:00, it’s 3:30, I’m fed up.I asked to speak with the manager. “She’s at lunch” when will she be back? “30-45 mins, I guess.”WORTHLESS!Leaving to try a franchise location

Ordered my phone over the phone on installment plan. Was not offered next up. When I called about upgrading my phone now 24 months later. The person for AT&T on the phone said they don't have to offer it and probably forgot. So you will just have to pay off your phone if you want to upgrade. not offering any resolution so the problem. Didn't care at all and pretty much said to bad to sad. This is the worst. I am a person that likes to upgrade and would have opted in right away. Thanks for making sure I move to a different company after this.

Crystal, Keith, and Maxwell were very helpful with upgrading my aging phone. I received top dollar for my trade and they helped us get more discounts on our plan too. Great job ?!

Great customer service! Zero wait time and Crystal helped me purchase a new Galaxy watch and sync it to my exisitng account. She answered all my questions and was super friendly. Other staff members also helpful and they all worked together in a professional manner. Will definitely go back to this store when I need something else. Thanks to all!

The store manager Danesha Davis is horrible. I went in for a promotion in August to trade in my old phone for a new phone. The sales person that I was working with lost my phone and I was not given credit for it. I have been charged for this phone for the past 6 months. I have tried to resolve this issue with miss Davis and she has been of no help. She was very dismissive and unprofessional. She was of no help to me trying to resolve this issue.When I asked for the name a number of her area managers she refuses to give it to me. There was no customer service from Miss Davis, I would classify it as customer harassment. This is the most horribly managed store I have ever dealt with. To top it off, I've been told after dealing with this for 6 months that I have to pay for the phone! Their employee lost the phone and I have to pay for their employees error! I am transferring my account to Verizon. They should rename the store : The new AT&T: Always Telling Tales.

Internet outage for 5 days thanks to AT&T in the area. This is the 3rd time it's happened in the past 6 months (last time it was out for 4 days and I was compensated $5 lol). Their agents have trouble communicating properly and are not empathetic. DO NOT use AT&T services. Day 6 of the "fix" was underway. "Your service will be restored within 24 hours" is what I've been hearing from customer service everyday for the 6 days internet was out. I'm so glad I switched provider. Xfinity has been amazing already
