I felt very rushed the gentleman in there today December 22nd 2023 at 1:48 p.m. was very unprofessional very rude very pushy and I will never stop at this AT&T store again customer service needs to improve.

AT&T is a joke. I don’t recommend to anyone. They sent us a notice of disconnection on a $0 balance. Our phones were disconnected for 3 days with a $0 balance! We called for days and days, finally went into a store to get reconnected. No one apologized for the inconvenience, no credit was given, no explanation of the confusion was provided. 2 days after being reconnected, we received another notice of disconnection for $0 balance.

Please avoid this location if you can the girl that assisted me was in training and the manager Dan Smith left to go put gas in his car on a busy Tuesday afternoon and she was left struggling by herself for over an hour didn't get to open my business account and multiple people left because they couldn't be assisted.

One person working at location at 5:30 p.m. on a Monday .When you walk in they do not say hi or be with you in a minute. Very unprofessional. 45 minutes to an hour later while helping one person in front of me. She finally says how can I help you. No apologies for waiting and no customer service as well.

I would not recommend going to this location, the manager at the store is not helpful at all she is really dry has bad customer service she is lazy and will not offer a helping hand, my Grandparents who are in there 70s came in to upgrade there phone and she was terrible with the service, she basically just sold them the phone and said you all can do the transfer process at home. She also was really focused on the paying part like she that was only she was rushing us with. Just not personable, if she don’t like her Job I recommend that she needs to just quit. THE MANAGER NAME IS ARMONEE D.

I came to this location the other day, the young man told me he could help me with what’s going on with my bill, I didn’t have both phones so I came by today… I wasn’t greeted as I walked in the young man stayed sitting on his stool, I spoke and he said how May I help u, I told him I needed help with some errors that was going on with my hill, before even hearing my prom Len he said “i can show you your bill, but if you need help, you gotta call customer service” it’s very frustrating when you just was getting the proper help you needed a couple days before but this young man didn’t even have the urgency or didn’t even seem like he wanted to be bothered with people today… very! Very bad customer service, at this point I want to just let att have these phone and go to someone like Verizon who wants to help their customers!

Terrible experience...the young man knew absolutely nothing about my android to show me how to get more storage on my phone. I had a stem card bought when phone was purchased, however, it was never activated...it's empty!!! So this not so smart young man who kept insisting I buy a new phone for ONLY $699.00 (his words), deleted my Cash App(unable to restore)and my word games. I am a senior citizen and I am so miserable because I don't know how to fix what's wrong!

Terrible customer service. simply wanted to upgrade my device to a iPhone 13 Pro Max. I was rushed to pay the entire time. minimal to no help just requesting payment. I ended up paying off my current iPhone 11 and paying for taxes on a new iPhone 13 Pro (not the phone I was requesting). My entire experience was rushed and impersonal. The only question I was asked is "how will you be paying today" multiple times. I had to repeatedly ask the young lady to slow down and insisted I had questions on what I was spending over $300 on.As someone who works in the customer service industry I am extremely upset. I had to cancel my order online and hopefully find a location that will actually accommodate my needs.
