truly the worst att store experience ive ever had, BY FAR!!! the white woman employee working at 2pm on july 1st, made suggestions to help us and disconnected a phone on our plan. Didn't inform me that would happen until someone elses phone was disconnected. I came in for a sim card, left with no sim card, a higher bill, a disconnected phone, and a ruined day. not only will i NEVER return to this location but I will never EVER get a phone from the store again. im absolutely disgusted

The manager on 6/28/25 closed prior to posted business hours and would not help me at all. I went out of my way to get my ID and still arrived a few minutes prior to closing but he would not help me at all. I’ve been a customer with ATT for over 15 years and this is the worst customer service I have ever received. Very disappointing.

My Cumberland instore visit experience with Anna was GREAT!! She explained and was knowledgeable of information to me. Anna was able to schedule next service. We talked as though we new each other for years. Thanks again Anna!!

I went into the AT&T store today to try and get some help with upgrading my phone. The lady that works there is really nice and helpful. Which is why this review is getting 2 stars.
Unfortunately, she was busy helping another customer. So I got stuck with the male AT&T representative.
1. He was unprofessional. He had airpods in his ears and kept looking at his phone using it for his personal pleasure while assisting me.
2. He was rude. He had me waiting for 30+ minutes for something that should take about 5 minutes. While waiting (supposedly working for me) he would talk to other people in the store, scroll on his phone, and I don't think he smiled one time. He did not respect my time whatsoever.
3. He did not help me at all. Lastly, after waiting 30+ minutes he told me I had to pay for the services, when I thought it was free. It was a situation where it is VERY OVIOUS he should've stated that up front.
PLEASE AT&T CUMBERLAND MALL, do something about this. IT was absolutely terrible customer service and I don't wish the experience on my worst enemy.

Rachel Groomes was simply a jewel. She was the only one who could fix my iphone. And I had been to 3 “specialty” repair stores previously including the Apple Store! Girl power!!!

The manger had her daughter there on clock ⏰ & SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AS I CAME IN . She had HER KIDS AT HER JOB VERY disrespectful the "manager "on 07/19/204 . At CUMBLAND MALL . She need to be view by your boss or something SHE SAID SHE WAS THE MANGER WITH BAD ATTITUDE & had her daughter at work with her

Upgraded two iphones for my son and I at this store. Mr. Gerrimyiah Temple, the att rep was very instrumental in helping me setup the new phones, was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the products and installation, including accessories. Great customer service, highly recommended!
