Anthony was a huge help! Due to a weird combination of events, my wife and I were unable to activate our new phones. After contacting AT&T's corporate help team and visiting another store, we still didn't have connectivity.Anthony immediately identified the issue and fixed our phones. We were expecting to spend an hour or two at the store, but we were in and out in less than 15 minutes! So glad to have our phones back in working order!

Despite the major inconvenience from the outage eatlier today, I arrived a few minutes before 8:30, where two associates were helping other customers. They assured me they'd assist shortly, and I patiently waited for about 30 minutes. When the associate finally became available, I explained my intention for a quick trade-in after checking my account online. To my disappointment, he mentioned that the process would take too long, as he needed to close by 9:30.While understanding the time constraints, it would have been beneficial for associates to briefly inquire about customers' needs while waiting. This way, they could assess whether there was sufficient time to provide the necessary service. Knowing this in advance would have saved me 30 minutes of waiting, and I would have appreciated the proactive communication.The associate wasn't rude, but a simple process improvement, like managing customer expectations by explaining time constraints earlier, could significantly enhance the overall customer service experience. It's not just about time saved but also about respecting customers' schedules, especially when unforeseen circumstances like outages can already disrupt their plans.My experience at this store today added to my frustration from the nationwide AT&T outage earlier and now I’m strongly considering switching providers given the lack of communication AT&T has given today.

AT&T told me a business account would be better and cheaper. Nothing but 4 days of straight issues, all devices no longer working, rude store made this problem and doesn't help fix it. Hours on the phone with tech support, hours in the store. Switching cellular service to anything other than AT&T.

Needed to get a new SIM card but with my old number (I’d lost my card overseas). The AT&T portal/app was giving me a lot of trouble. When I came to this store, Nick immediately knew how to help me and got me set up with everything I needed. He was also very cordial and friendly.

We needed to upgrade a phone. We were met by a sales rep, Nick as soon as we entered the store. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He addressed all of our questions, helped with a new phone and accessories and was able to make a few changes to our monthly bill that saved us approx $30/mo. Excellent overall experience.

We had the best experience at At&t today, all employees were very friendly but specifically Kevin, he was able to help us with our service plans and was very detailed in explaining things to us.

Briones!!! If you ever need help with your account, returning phones, getting Fiber, come here and ask for Briones! ATT Corporate customer service did not help me in three days, came here and was helped. He was patient, funny and deserves a raise!Thank you!!!

If I could leave 0, I would. Horrible customer service, no acknowledgement of patrons when there was a long line out the door. The manager was in and he didn’t even acknowledge the 4 people waiting in line. Not even a “be with you folks soon” nothing. Lack of professionalism and just plain rude.
