My experience at your AT&T Store in Lenox Mall, was wonderful. The Brittny and the staff were very attentive and extremely helpful and treated me like family. I'm very pleased with my visit there. I have already received my new phone today.

Marvin is the man! Helped recover both my mom and my phone number and accounts after both phones had been stolen! And neither of us could remember our account password. Really helped us out with his knowledge, skills, calm demeanor and professionalism during a really stressful situation. Go Marvin!!! Everything has been resolved :)

I was just thinking about buying some earbuds. The associate walked up to me and began helping me. It was smooth and easy. He was not pushy and I liked that. I bought the earbuds and he helped put it on my ATT account.

SirJarrette was absolutely amazing!!! I had so much trouble with AT&T and Asurion, and he was able to solve every single one of my issues promptly with amazing, amazing service!!! Best AT&T customer service of my life!!

I went to the Buckhead location first. When i walked in I was immediately told to wait for someone to come help me, without even asking for my reason of coming. Then someone came in after me and was serviced immediately. I waited another 10 minutes then I left. I went to the Lenox Square location and was serviced immediately when i walked through the door. The representative helped me with an upgrade and i was out of the store in less than an hour.

Worst store ever, CJ is definitely not a customer service oriented employee and not the kind of individual I would employ. Went to the store in Alpharetta where they immediately took care our issue and told us that he was wrong to require and original receipt.

Cam was absolutely amazing! Great customer service knew his product and pricing and had me out within 20 to 25 minutes with a new phone!
