I went to the AT&T store in Lenox Mall to pay our family cell phone/home internet bill today and was told I could not pay the bill because I was not an”authorized user.” I have paid this bill regularly at this store for year with no problem until today. I told the AT&T representative that I can pay this bill at any AT&T kiosk without being an “authorized user.” Met with a blank stare and I was not able to pay the bill. I told them that is the last time I do any business with the Lenox AT&T store. Pathetic service.

Avoid at all costs or you’ll literally pay for it. Was charged for thing a I didn’t authorize.

I first asked my question to another ATT store. I left puzzled and still had questions. AT&T Rep CH and Manager Stanley at the LENOX MALL AT&T went into research mide to find me the most cost-effective way to address my international phone coverage issues!Yay CJ and Stanley--- you are well-versed in AT&T policies and plans. You two also researched until y’all found me a SOLUTION!THAT AT&T LENOX STORE IS SOOO CLIENT-SAVVY.Thank you guys!

5 stars for this location I had a good experience overall . Very helpful reps and the manager was also really nice he came over to check on us and made sure the transaction went through smoothly .. I will be visiting this store from now on ..

Staff here was incredibly rude, did not acknowledge me at the counter for 30 minutes. I went to get help changing phone numbers between phones on my att lines and the staff member kept interrogating me with pointless questions. Finally when I supplied him with all the information, he tells me to call customer service because he would have to do the same exact thing. I just left because it was like talking to a brick wall. Clearly doesn’t want to be there or do his job. Everyone at this location needs to be let go and replaced with competent, properly trained, customer service oriented staff.

It was horrible service. Unprofessional staff and manager. I purchased 4 new line and each instructor given by agent totally wrong. They promised me after 60 days all 4 line device unlocked and I will receive gift card each line all wrong. It was disgusting service. If in my hand I will definitely give 0 star.

Worst service I’ve had on a At&TThe sales rep shredded my mom’s Sim, even I headed in the store telling she was asking a sim for a couple months in US. The staff doesn’t want to work properly. Please, do us a favor and shutt down this miserable store.

Store was terrible! Manager has a lil girl attitude after their employee spent 2 hours “helping” me just to have my whole order completely done wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this store. You should go to an actual branch not a store in the mall. This store is garbage. They will do whatever they need to make a sale.
