Don’t come here unless you want to spend your money the day you came to the store or came in without any internet or mobile issues. Because they seems to only treat you good if you spend your kaching dollars in their eyes. They treat you bad if you’re an actual customer that needed help without involving money. Very bad customer services. The AT&T customer services on the phone said this is a corporate store that can help with many things, but I guess not since the guys working there act like some lame noobs with attitudes. Good job guys for making the company you work for look bad. 👏

Their customer services are so bad. Called representatives on the phone before coming to this store and wanted to resolve the activation issues for a mobile. They treated other customers like some kings and queens. But when it comes to our turns they told us they couldn’t help because the passcode doesn’t work. Went out the store, at the parking lot and called the customer services again and got the code updated. They still said the code is wrong and they couldn’t help “reset@ but on the other side of phone call said the store can reset. I don’t know which one is true or not but they way this store just seems to “not know anything” or pretending to not know how is crazy. How are you gonna treat certain customers differently? For example, opening doors for the other customers when they leaving. But when we are leaving you didn’t acknowledge us at all? Not saying we can’t open the door ourselves, but the choosing… mind you we were a new customer too. Nobody told us anything about having two different, which by the way, the guys at the store COULD HAVE TOLD US. But nope.

Alex H was outstanding and made my experience great! I was reluctant to go to the Briarcliff retail store because the last few times I went there my problems went unresolved. But Alex turned that around and restored my confidence in that particular store and other services that AT&T provides. Alex was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He resolved my issue with my mobile phone immediately and convinced me to add TV and Internet services. I'm a very happy customer because of Alex!

The staff was excellent!!! The store representative was very helpful she was very knowledgeable,she was patient with me and my friend she was just awesome!!! The whole atmosphere of the store was great, I felt very comfortable and I will be coming back again!!!

Alex was quick and adaptable when I needed help. I was on the phone for 2 hours with corporate and they couldn’t fix my issue. Alex solved my problem with in 30 minutes!

I ordered the iPhone 14 online, but shortly after my order was canceled, so I decided to go in-store for help. I was promptly greeted by Kyra D and I was glad I got to do business with her. She was friendly but she didn’t feel the need to bother me with all that small talk and unnecessary banter ☺️ and she got me in and out, in under 30 minutes with my new phone activated. I did forget to go over my plan with her lol but I was so excited to start setting up my phone that I got the hell on ? I figured it would be the same as it was when I applied online, so thanks girlie .. I love my purple phone!
