I can confidently say that AT&T will not stand the test of time, and probably their end is sooner than they aware. Based on their deceitful service customer alone, it is inevitable their user base will migrate in mass - and sadly they have been aware of the reason the entire time.

I'm not a review type of person, but I don't want other businesses to go through what we've gone through either. I've run a service business for over 28 yrs. Being a business owner, I realize things happen from time to time, that's just part of being in business. How issues are handled is what defines the good from the bad businesses. In January 2020, we decided it was time to update our office phones and our phone service. We met with several carriers, explained our situation and ultimately chose AT&T. We explained that we have three separate businesses under one roof, each with their own unique set of phone numbers. It was made abundantly clear that each company had a main number with several roll over numbers below them. That's exactly the way it worked for the past 15 yrs, and the way we needed it to continue working. We were advised by our AT&T rep that it wasn't a problem and therefore chose to proceeded with AT&T and the conversion. We spent 15k on a new phone system and had AT&T bring in new digital system. It's the end of May now and we have one companies phone lines working properly. The roll-over function on the other two companies has never worked. Only one line works properly. If we get a second call it rings busy and we lose a potential sale. This has been being "looked into" by AT&T for months now with no successful remedy. Now we're being told we have four options. 1. Spend thousands more to replace the phones and equipment we just bought. 2.Spend thousands more to bring two more IP-Flex lines into our building which would mean three separate billings for a mere 13 lines in total. 3. Pay AT&T to switch us back to the Analog System we just upgraded from. 4. Go with a different carrier. I will say this, AT&T's rep was nice enough to say she would "go to bat for us to get our early termination fee's waiver" if we break our contract. Yeah.... good luck on that one. This is AT&T for Gods sake. I'm appalled that their technology can't produce the results their reps are selling. Maybe it's time to re-think the ten's of thousands we spend each year on cell phone and tablets service with them as well. If you have a similar situation and are thinking of upgrading, you might want to safe guard yourself. DON'T USE AT&T !!!
