Update 1/21/25 as is indicated below this is my home store so I shop here frequently however today I ordered my first and last delivery for this store it was a travesty! When I got the alert the driver was on the way I responded to on the driver I have a super bright porch light the burglar bar is open and you know I'm waiting for you. A couple minutes later I get an alert saying your order's been delivered and I'm like no it has not cuz I've been standing out here all this time. No package so I call the store the story tells me well just wait a few minutes because the delivery drivers on a bike I'm just thinking on a bike and we're having a snow storm but anyhow okay wait a few minutes even though I told the people at the store it's already closed out according to the driverbut they told me just give it a few minutes so I gave it a few minutes after about 30 minutes still no package I called the store back the store is basically like well we don't know what to tell you you're going to have to call the 800 number if you want your money back because the driver came and got the package or whatever so they were just real blase about the whole situation. I called the 800 number to tell them what happened so they're like okay well hold on we got our guest call the third party which ended up being door dash. They left me on hold for several minutes the phone hung up I had to call back the next person picked up where the last one left off and they just were like yeah well we're going to be turning it the complaint in to I don't know the store I guess and then they're going to contact you and they'll make your refund and the guys like cuz I can see the picture don't even look like the address or whatever. It was a whole wasted day basically just still not get my package so they're going to give me my money back or I'm going to call my bank and they're going to block it because you're not going to beat me out of my funds first of all second of all I really hate that the store has become such a store when as you can see from my original review years ago I was pleased with the location. But here's the thing everyone does not have the policies together to deliver products. Not to mention the fact that it should say clearly on the website we're using a third-party delivery company at which point then we can decide as a customer whether we even want to make the order or not. I don't already ordered the product from Amazon and they'll have it to me I don't know in a couple days or whatever. And that ended up saving me like $16 from the AutoZone order.
Luckily there are other Auto places in my vicinity because I don't plan on coming back to AutoZone again after this ordeal
I had to teturn to replace my pads with an ugrade. Misha was very helpful and assisted me in the transaction

Please avoid this location if you are a woman of Islamic faith that dresses modestly or person that dresses in any way that might be deemed similar to that of a transient person. I was accused of "looking like I came to steal." I can only believe this assumption was made due to my way of dressing. I wear a hijab and shirts and jackets that cover most of my legs. Please, for your own safety and your loved ones, do not visit this location or suggest it. There were 6 workers present that allowed this to take place and refused to allow me to make a purchase. I was charged with shoplifting, despite only attempting to approach the register to make the purchases. The workers had people assault me. I was jumped by 5 to 6 individuals outside of the store as a result of the workers' incompetence. I waited for the police and I was charged with shoplifting and taken to Wright St jail. I beg you to choose another location for your needs. The entire evening staff needs to be fired if not the entire staff. They obviously do not follow any protocol. I've worked retail over 20 years and never heard of someone "looking like they came to steal." as justification for having someone empty their bag and remove their jacket and when nothing is found they are still handled like a criminal.

0 stars. I went to this location to purchase items. I was accused of looking like I came to the store to shoplift by the representatives. I emptied my entire bag after being blocked from leaving the store revealing no stolen items. I opened my jacket upon request, exposing my bare chest as it was supposed to be a quick in and out. There were no items found there either. I strongly suggest avoiding this location at all costs. The staff are unbelievably unprofessional and accusatory in the wildest way imaginable. Despite video evidence showing that I stole nothing, autozone representatives are still allowing shoplifting charges to be pressed against me. I was jailed for several days because I waited for the police. Please, avoid this location by any means. My local store has representatives that are kind and helpful. This store is a one of one and deplorable.

During my recent visit to AutoZone, I encountered an unsettling experience with employees who displayed clear racial bias. Rather than providing assistance, they seemed dismissive and unprofessional, speaking to me in a condescending manner that made me feel unwelcome. Despite my attempts to ask for help in finding the correct part for my vehicle, their attitudes reflected a lack of respect and basic courtesy. This behavior is unacceptable in any customer service setting, and it left me feeling deeply disappointed and disrespected.

Been a regular for well over 8 years, and the quality in staff has severely declined since Allison's crew left save for maybe 2 individuals. I've seen the loud ones up front (you probably know who they are) go so far as to harass and scrutinize patrons over the most unprofessional issues (like sexuality and appearance). Its disappointing to see the downfall of this place.

Bad costumer service. Have lifetime warranty on a part. They told me go back were I bought it from. And they had the part in-store. Had to go another Auto Zone to get the same part. The manager was no help what so ever. Don't go there, worst experience ever

The “manager” Kevin had a horrible attitude and tried to make me feel like a was stupid for asking a question about something they did. I don’t work at autozone and don’t know your policies. So next time just answer the damn question without trying to be fiesty going back and forth with a woman.

I recently had a highly unpleasant experience at AutoZone that left me questioning how management allows such an environment to persist. Upon arriving to purchase some oil, I was immediately struck by the distasteful scene unfolding outside the store. Groups of people were lounging in lawn chairs not only near the entrance but also scattered across the lawn and parking lot. The unmistakable and overpowering smell of marijuana reeked throughout the area, adding to the discomfort.
It was incredibly intimidating to step out of my car with individuals openly selling drugs and hanging around the premises. This kind of turmoil makes it nearly impossible to patronize the business comfortably. I felt unsafe and unwelcome, and it is baffling that AutoZone's management tolerates such disorder. Ensuring a safe and professional environment should be a priority for any business, and this location failed spectacularly. I hope steps are taken to rectify this situation, as it is currently not a place I would recommend or return to.
